We visited Aquaminsk for the New Year holidays with our family. We visited this place for the first time in 2018, liked everything and decided to return. But in 2024, the impressions were very negative!!! The staff at the hotel treats the residents negatively. At the reception at the hotel, they behave like this: "why did you bother us with your check-in", the same attitude is in the restaurant at the hotel. After the water park, we came to eat, ordered food and after 30 minutes found out that I couldn't cook this dish because there was no fish steak available. I had to wait another 30 minutes to prepare a new order!!! At the water park, the staff does not know how to get from the spa area to the children's area! "my hut is on the edge, I don't know anything." A lot of flashlights don't work, the mosaic popped out on the floor and you can cut your legs on it, the lids are broken in the toilet, the hair dryers don't work, and at the checkout you can only take a couple of hair dryers for such a large number of visitors. The cherry on the cake turned out to be the theft of slate!

But changing rooms are a pain. Already noticeably tired, in the shower partitions made of plywood. There are no shower gels, toilets, not that pain is a tragedy. My friends, are you serious? To build a water park in the 21st century with a hole in the floor configuration?? Two hair dryers, I'm not kidding. Two hair dryers are issued at the reception, and these are the simplest household hair dryers, thick hair should be dried for 20 minutes. A working outlet must also be found.

I liked the Aqua+Minsk hotel in general. A cozy room, comfortable beds, there is an extra place in the form of a folding chair, there is a hairdryer, a shower cabin, a towel. Beautiful view from the window to the birch grove. There is a bar in the lobby of the hotel and there is a restaurant at the hotel. A delicious breakfast buffet. Well, there are also disadvantages of non-working toilet flushes, plus broken light bulbs. The main disadvantage is the long wait for check-in, we checked in for 1 hour 35 minutes. And also the disadvantage is that the hotel is separate from the water park, to get to the water park you need to walk down the street with children. In winter, it is extremely inconvenient.

We were here on 22-23.07.24 in order to quietly go to the water park. The room seems to be normal, but the lack of air conditioning for a capital hotel with such a turnover of people is nonsense. The puny fan couldn't cope, the window couldn't be opened, some 0-0 wasps lived behind it. It was stuffy. Three lamps didn't work, but these are small things. The water is hot, the heated towel rail dried everything quickly. Slippers and shampoo-balms were available. Breakfast - you can overeat, but the dishes change in three hours. For example, there were still enough hot sandwiches for us, but those who came later did not get it, but there were cheesecakes and cabbage salad.
But the most important feature is the wild queue for check-in by 15.00. It is impossible earlier, but it will not work on time, we stood in line for 20 hours. There are no questions for the administrators, we tried our best. But the system needs to be changed. Move people in earlier, earlier and evict them for tomorrow. We got to the water park an hour and a half later than planned.

Overall, the impression is pleasant, the rooms are cozy, the hotel is beautiful.
But there are a few nuances. Sooooo long check-in: we checked in with a paid reservation at 15.00 and stood in line for 40 minutes. According to the number, everything is decent, there were hygiene kits and water for free, but the drain in the shower cabin is terribly clogged (I read other reviews about this), so when you take a shower, you stand ankle-deep in water in a minute.
The included buffet is not bad, but it would be worth removing the tablecloths for breakfast, because people are constantly changing, they eat at the same tables and the tablecloths get dirty quickly. It is not very pleasant to eat when there are stains (fresh) on the tablecloths, although the waiters quickly remove the plates after the guests.
There is still something to work on, but you can return to this place.
A big plus is a 3-minute walk to the water park, although it seemed much further on the maps.

Among the disadvantages - there are no air conditioners, only in three suites.
The main problem is that in the absence of air conditioning in the room, the window was broken and would not open. The room was on the sunny side and on a hot summer evening it was about 30C. I asked to fix the window several times. The first time the guard came, he couldn't open it, he said that he was not a window specialist.
There was no further action on my requests to solve the problem.
It was very stuffy, hot and difficult to sleep.
One of the advantages is that there is a water park nearby.

I liked everything. We booked, arrived, the room was ready, clean, not tired, linen was brought to the extra place by 17.00, but we were at the water park, so it didn't bother us. The spa area was also included on the day of arrival, it was not available on the day of booking, so there was a pleasant surprise. There was a queue for slides at the water park, there were weekends, so there were a lot of people, but after 19 hours, it became noticeably less. The breakfasts are excellent for our taste, even during the fast we were not hungry, there is a large selection of dishes and everything is delicious. The staff is hospitable and friendly. I went to Minsk on business for a couple of days, at the same time we took the child to see the city. The hotel was only needed as a place to spend the night and drop off things. We checked in at 15 o'clock, there were not many people on a weekday, it took about 5 minutes for each room. Rooms + are clean, dirty stains are visible on the carpet, someone's hair was found on the pillowcase, but there were 5 pillows, so they just removed the dirty one. There is a refrigerator, TV, WiFi, hair dryer. There is no air conditioning, only ventilation. Outside at night, the temperature dropped to 0, and in the room the temperature jumped from cold to hot - although the batteries have a thermostat, they are not regulated in any way. Another disadvantage is that the gadgets left on charge do not charge, because the electricity in the room turns off when you leave. If you are driving, then the hotel is conveniently located near the Mkad. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center. There is a water park nearby, and you can book a room immediately with a subscription to it (it comes out much cheaper). In addition to the water park, the Minsk bike path begins at the hotel, where you can rent electric scooters and bicycles. Breakfast is included in the price, but I won't say about the quality - I prefer to eat in cafes, fortunately there are no problems with them in Minsk, and the nearest shopping center is 10-15 minutes away on foot.
