I want to express my gratitude to Aksamit for the Brick-3S sofa with stuffed pillows from the Relax factory, I chose it at Home. A great sofa for that kind of money! Modern and comfortable. The upholstery is fully consistent with the quality – pleasant and dense, the texture is like a wide strox, does not get dirty, does not crumple, wear-resistant, the color is stunning - indigo (deep blue). In terms of softness, rather medium hardness, which was an important point in choosing and a plus for me, the back will say thank you))) It is convenient to lay out - you do not need to pull the sofa itself, just pull out the seat and lower the backrest, there are roomy storage drawers. And it fit perfectly into the interior. We chose from the availability, the delivery was organized in a few days, typed in advance, everything was brought at the agreed time, without unnecessary questions, thanks for that)
There is more choice in the Aksamit offline store than on the site, I was a little surprised) in the age of information technology))
But I am very pleased with my purchase of the Brick-3S sofa, ideal for daily use.

Good afternoon, I would like to leave a review about the Aksamit branch, which is located in the Tryum shopping center. Disgusting delivery. At the time of placing the order, all the conditions of this purchase were agreed upon, including the cost of delivery. Delivery was necessary to the Mogilev region, to a private house. but! Upon delivery to the destination, for some completely strange reasons, the drivers refused to take the goods home (as agreed at the time of ordering) referring to the flight tire of the car🤯
In addition to this, they demanded to additionally pay for home delivery (delivery was included in the price of the goods!).
Later, when talking with the management of Aksamit, the girl did not react to this claim in any way and simply asked: "You will no longer cooperate with us!"
And! Besides, you did not present the receipt after the full payment!!!!!
P.S. be careful with this store, I do not recommend it at all!!!

We ordered a cabinet in this store, contract 142096 dated 11/25/2022, took an advance payment, manager Emelyanova Ekaterina Eduardovna rechecked the information when they could deliver it, after checking the data, said that this cabinet was going to the nearest car and its delivery would be in the first days of January, on January 14 she called to clarify where the order was, because she needed it very urgently, in response, I heard that the car has not left yet and will leave in the coming days, delivery will be after the 20th of December! When asked why it was necessary to cheat, even the administrator called back, she assured that when the export of products was formed (December 1-2), the manager was instructed to call customers and notify them of delivery after December 20, but he did not do so. After that, the manager called back again with lies that the car was just delayed, and was not originally planned by the logistics department for these numbers! As a result, they said they would resolve the issue with the director about the return of the full deposit, but decided so that the deposit would be returned only minus %!" I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Think a hundred times, they lie that you would make an order, even promising that upon arrival there will be a recalculation and the price may be less, they take a deposit and then do not talk!

Aksamit furniture is of terrible quality, !
After 3 years, sleeping on the Aksamit Couch is terribly uncomfortable. The warranty is over, repairs are expensive and their master has not been able to come for repairs for 2 months, constantly making excuses. The sofa was bought in 2018 at the Home Hearth store on Matusevich for almost $ 1,000! We waited for the order for a very long time, the deadlines were delayed then! Disgusting company, disgusting post-warranty service.
For a sofa of 1000 bucks, the paralon crumpled at the edges, and a hole formed in the center between the two halves of the sofa, it's ridiculous! Two light people were sleeping, not 100 kg each! What is the quality of the password you use?! I regret that I did not apply earlier, the defect appeared before the end of the warranty.

Attempt number two - I place an order through the shopping cart on the website. No reaction.
Three days have passed. The girl dials and says: we are ready to deliver the bed tonight. (We have already bought it))) I repeat: three days have passed and there have been no notifications about the accepted order, no calls either, complete silence.
The site is beautiful, adaptive, there are a lot of goods, but it does not work correctly: links to password recovery by e-mail do not come, it is also not possible to log in via social networks, it gives errors.
Dear Aksamit, in the current competitive environment, you are clearly losing, customer orientation is a minus, efficiency is a minus.

Polite, friendly sellers, always call back. And that's all the noticed advantages. We ordered a sofa in the store two weeks in advance, and drew up a contract. A week later, the store called with an offer to deliver a sofa. Ahead of schedule. They refused. The day before the agreed deadline, I made a control call, I was confirmed that everything was in force. On the day of delivery, it turned out that only the showcase sample remained. We were not satisfied with this. The manager politely offered to place an order (+ another month). Sighing, they agreed. Although I've asked several times if I'm sure they won't let me down. It turned out that the factory had run out of such fabric. They offered to come (to the other side of the city again) and choose another fabric. After a while, a representative of the logistics service calls and says that there is still a sofa, they can bring it. With clarifications that the warehouse had recently moved and therefore such discrepancies, the seller called back again. But the credibility has already been exhausted. We decided to give up so as not to take any risks. Please clarify all information in the future, avoiding unnecessary calls to the client that lower your rating.
