Nice hotel. The disadvantages include poor sound insulation. You can hear your neighbor's phone vibrating on the floor above or below. Well, shower gels and shampoos are available only on the day of check-in. Another disadvantage is the save. The safe itself is there, but there are no keys to it. It's very inconvenient. Of the advantages, there is no doubt that it is free dry cleaning and laundry. I also liked the work of Berik's manager. A very responsible employee. Solves all issues promptly.

It's a nice hotel, but it's already worn out.
Spacious rooms, in good wood. Something under the radison.
I had a room with a kitchen, but I didn't cook anything for 3 weeks))) The kitchen was my study and dining room. The room is clean, spacious, good heating and ventilation, but there are moments where you need to put your hands on. For example, in the bathroom, in some places, tiles with loose inter-seam putty, the ceiling is cut, cracks, silicone on the shower stall where there should not be a leak. Cleaning every day, everything is clean. A good elevator.
A decent gym, everything you need is available and even a sauna is included in the basic room rate. Unfortunately, I found out about the sauna only a week later, I looked only at the sauna visitors with a good conscience) I only noticed that there was no control and then I realized to call the reception and my guesses were confirmed! It was very pleasant to look there for an hour or two after the hall. All you need to do is notify the reception no earlier than an hour in advance about the visit. They will take everything, turn it on and go ahead.
The restaurant is on the 2nd floor under the bar. The serving and dimensions correspond to the word restaurant + there are always at least 2 waiters, they will prompt, help, etc. I've only been to breakfast, a full decent variety of dishes. But! There is always some kind of but...) That's why I lowered it by one star... This is morning swearing in a foreign language! Loudly, the same person decides something there or scolds it is not clear, but in the morning when a new day begins, eating food and listening to calm music, listening to an insufficiently screaming person is not at all useful.
