We ordered a table from the store with delivery. The store said that it is worth checking for defects at home, and not at the courier, but not to collect. The countertop arrived with a defect, which was reported at 17:10 (7 minutes after delivery). The messages were answered for a long time and in standard phrases, at 17:25 they stopped responding. The next day (today), the situation has still not been resolved in a whole day, the weekend is ahead.Phone calls are not answered!Very disappointed!!!

We chose a chair in advance, but this model was not in the exhibition hall, in stock only, the consultant girl (blonde) kindly showed where the warehouse is located.
After examining the chair live, it was a refusal, but the consultant girl (blonde) offered an alternative and this chair suited us perfectly in the interior!
There was another girl who recommended a special film for the chair.
As for the guy employee, he should take advanced training courses: he asks questions that are inappropriate for trading activities and thereby irritates customers!!!!
And so the choice is not bad, and most importantly, you can sit and touch the goods!!!
In other stores in Brest, no matter how wild it may sound, but signs are written: "Do not sit down!!!"

The documents on the acceptance of the goods were not signed. As a result, they found a marriage after assembly. We contacted the store, they refused to replace us and accused us of improper operation. If you buy something from them, then check everything carefully. Although this will not help if there are mechanisms that can be checked only after assembly. IT'S BETTER NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Disregard for the customer after the purchase of the product.

I ordered 2 bar stools in December 2020, made an advance payment on 12/22/20.
The chairs were delivered a week later, but the legs turned out to be not in the same color that they ordered. Ordered in black, but brought in chrome. I called, they said they would make a replacement. A week later, an employee of the store together with her husband brought the legs, only in one case with an incomplete attachment, saying that you have it (only the chrome attachment to the chrome legs). The second legs were wrapped in stretch film, apparently removed from the sample store, because they were scuffed.
After repeated calls, the general one should be brought on Monday, then on Wednesday. And the seller also said come yourself.
To date, no replacement has been made.
