Hotel rooms are good but breakfast limited ,it's not buffet and so many restrictions 😔😔😔

A cozy hotel, very clean,
comfortable and warm, we were in December for the New Year, the rooms have everything. Breakfast is included, there are 12 options on the menu. For lunch and dinner, there is a restaurant, its own laundry and chemical cleaning , there is a service for customers- to wash, clean, iron and bring a room on hangers. The airport and train station are not far away, transportation is a stop at the door. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Sayera Davletyarova, a responsive employee who takes into account all the wishes of clients. Thank you All!

The hotel is not worth the money, absolutely all doors open with one electronic key. There are no disposable hygiene supplies. I paid for 1 day of stay (they gave me a check), extended my stay on the second day, and they gave me a check from yesterday, (so the staff knew that I would extend another day tomorrow, and they had already sent another check the day before?
