The aerobatics hotel! I liked almost everything. The service is excellent, the food is 5+. Cleanliness, attitude towards guests, entertainment programs, daily live music. I liked the division into a mixed zone (adults with children) and a 16+ zone. This provided an opportunity for those who arrived without children to relax. The same separation was present in the halls of the restaurant and in the pools. Lots of sports activities and a good Playground. I recommend the hotel. I travel a lot, but this was the best!

It's a beautiful place! Very tasty, high-quality cuisine. It's getting more interesting and diverse every time. the disadvantages include the entrance to the sea. There are 3 meters of pebbles between the sandy beach and the sandy bottom. But, for those who wish, there is an entrance by stairs from the bridge.

In a hotel of this level and cost, you do not expect restrictions in the operation of the sleep system - 30 minutes after you leave the room, in order to restart and cool the room at the peak of the heat, you need to go up to the room in 30 minutes. There is no WhatsApp mobile app/assistants - just a phone call from the room or a trip to the reception. And since the staff knows little English, it is better to go and show them on the phone if something is needed. The cleaning is very unstable: they will replace only the pillowcases without replacing the rest of the bedding, then they will take away all the towels, the terrace has never been cleaned in 16 days, the plants are not watered. They don't check if the supplies are over / not over, and the cosmetics here in large bottles are bolted to the walls and you can't see how much the bottle is filled. The waiters can almost knock over an ayran on your head, then just say sorry and even transfer to a clean table to fully apologize from the administration - this is not in this hotel. The beach is constantly visited by townspeople, they sit down with things in front of a Boar, walk dogs, try in every possible way to use the hotel's equipment - hammocks, sun beds, paths. In principle, the security guards poorly monitor the territory, the entrance courtyard – things cannot be left unattended, the townspeople reach the Cuphea territory in the evenings and calmly watch the concert, the guards are also passionate about the phone / spectacle. It's not safe, it's not comfortable, I don't recommend it.
