We rested here in July 2023. They remained very long ago. First of all, the hosts, Hakob and Laura, are wonderful people. They are friendly, they will tell you everything, they will help. They make an incredibly delicious wine! On the day of departure, they were allowed not to leave at 12, but to stay until the evening. Thank you so much for that. As for the location. The sea is right at the end of the plot, the gate opens and you are on the beach, you do not need to go. There are not many people on the beach itself, unlike that part of the beach where there are streets along which vacationers walk. There are cafes, shops, and a market nearby. The kitchen is shared, spacious, 3 refrigerators. The place of amenities (shower and toilet) are cleaned daily. The kitchen has a kettle and a microwave, two stoves. Plenty of dishes, enough for everyone. We had air conditioning in our room. WiFi worked great both in the room and in the yard. In general, we were satisfied. Thanks to Laura and Hakob. We have been resting in the first half of August for several years. I like everything very much. Clean rooms, cozy kitchen. A huge plus is the proximity to the sea and the minimum number of people on the beach. Shops are a 5-minute walk away, and you can not go for fruits at all, but buy from the hostess. A comfortable stay did not work out! Besides the fact that the sea is nearby, nothing else is good! A crowd of guests, children screaming, dirt everywhere! The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable, the springs dig into the back, the pillows are smeared on the bed overnight. The doors in the rooms are at the top with a WINDOW! If you turn on the light in the hallway or the next room at night, a lamp shines in your face! The hostess never cleaned the room during our entire arrival! Hakob and Laura don't know about room cleaning and cleanliness! The toilet, shower and kitchen are shared and also do not wash - NEVER! The owners are more busy reselling vegetables, fruits and chacha from the yard than their guest house. There is no oven or microwave, but there is one kettle for a crowd of vacationers. Wi-Fi in the room does not work, only in the yard!
