I have not seen the chairman of the mahalla near my house at all, although I live in this mahalla. Shouldn't they be interested in the problems that enter their territory and sometimes be interested in them. For example, the Akhillik HOA does nothing at all for our house. For 10 years, the HOA has been charging rent, but the heating at my house and my neighbors from above and below is not heated because they do not change the pipes in the basement. So where does our money go??? Maybe they've already changed the pipes in their reports. Is there any authority that controls and verifies (the work done) their activities.
