Anastasia and Polina are very competent specialists.
Thank you for your help, we did more than I expected. Polina works for results, gets her way, closes questions, and does not throw them on the shoulders of buyers / sellers. I sold the apartment for two years through another real estate agency and the result was zero.In this agency, my issue was resolved in a very short time and everything is so clear!Polina got the tax service to raise all the records in their accounts, thereby saving us money, because the tax debt was initially declared for many years. In general, I can write a lot more positive things, but it's better to just trust this agency and the result will be higher than your expectations, I'm sure !!!

I bought an apartment in this agency remotely. Manager Polina helped determine both the area and the apartment itself. I did an online display of an apartment and a house (but it turned out that everything was exactly the same as on the website). I transferred the money according to the contract, after 3 weeks they congratulated me and sent me a photo of the documents for the apartment already in my name. I arrived in Hurghada only 3 months later, picked up the keys and documents. What a blessing it is to have your own corner near the sea. I recommend it!

I am very grateful to the agency for its help in selling an apartment in Hurghada. I arrived for 1 day for a deal. I received a full payment immediately and flew back in the evening. Everything is clear as promised and without surprises, the registration itself was fast for about 2 hours. Two weeks have passed from the beginning of the appeal to the sale. I didn't see any buyers, they took it online.

I thank the real estate agency in Hurghada Akar and Anastasia personally. You probably can't find a more knowledgeable person in real estate. We completed the deal pretty quickly and only completed it in two days. I arrived at the hotel first, in the late afternoon at the company's office on the sheraton. He is very handsome, as everything is on the same level in Russia. And the next day we went to choose an apartment. I quickly decided because I had already chosen what was interesting on their website before. I paid on the same day and on Saturday I had the documents. Friday was a day off. So it turned out to be chosen in two days, and I received the documents and keys on the 4th day. I am happy with both the cooperation and the apartment. I was not mistaken

I submitted the apartment in 2022, everything was very clear. The guys were invited to the deal when the full amount was available. I received payment partly in dollars and partly in rubles on the same day. It took 2 hours to do everything. I recommend only acar.
