That's the case when you can't trust negative reviews. A nice junior suite, daily unobtrusive cleaning, wonderful professional and courteous staff, and a very varied and delicious meal for slaughter. The pool is warm, cocktails are served daily. Yes, the numbers are a little tired, but it's hardly noticeable against the background of all the advantages. The rest is calm and pleasant. Many thanks to the staff of the sanatorium!

To all those who are going to have a rest at the Ak-Tilek sanatorium. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Firstly, this is no longer the same level of service as before 2020, and the kitchen is a real dining room at the bus station . It 's not worth the money paid . Standard. +,semi - suite and suite , do not match the level . The staff will serve you if you demand it every time, BUT THIS IS NO LONGER REST OR RELAXATION, but STRESS. They can cause burns with paraffin , leave you under a high - frequency device , do not wash the bath , and so on . And the kitchen... the dining room is the forecourt . Dishes are definitely not washed . Powder can be collected inside the mug. This is the last time I stayed here. The only thing I like is the skill level of the massage therapist , from whom I actually came . Everything else is just not worth the money. And the owner probably doesn't care.

We chose this sanatorium based on the recommendations of friends who had been here before, but either they had been here a long time or they had messed up something. We couldn't even get off the road and spend the night, we moved out after a couple of hours. Not only that, but everywhere
dirty furniture from the garbage dump and cockroaches. There is absolutely no connection with the world, neither Tele2 nor Altel accepts it. The sanatorium also retained money for half a day. The reception staff is rude. I am attaching photos and videos of an expensive junior suite. I don't recommend wasting your nerves.
