I've been to Ak Sarai events several times, everything is clean, beautiful, and the interior is beautiful. The service is not bad, parking is not an unimportant thing.

Terrible work of the staff, "disposable" waiters! No concern for the convenience of customers. The main thing is to make a full payment with the customer on time, withdraw the entire amount for the banquet from him (the sooner the better). And what the waiters are doing in the hall, how they work - this does not concern the administrators in any way. Even the air conditioners don't work! And there are 300 people in the hall! They don't even give you napkins, THEY JUST DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT! Not calculated! They say we can only give to your MATCHMAKERS (for 2 tables, 24 people)
So COUNT in advance, since you are taking on a banquet with a certain number of guests! You need to be able to count not only money!!!

We wanted to hold a celebration - a wedding - in a good place. We chose them based on reviews and old memories. Alas, we were in for a very unpleasant surprise - the guests were poisoned. One could say that they drank too much, but both children and the older generation were poisoned. It is very insulting after your wedding, for which you gave a lot of money, to sit in the toilet and apologize to the guests for the carelessness of the administration and the chefs of the restaurant.
