A small, cozy, quiet 3-storey hotel, located 20 minutes from the Aibek metro station. You can take a Yandex taxi from the airport if you change the currency there and buy a local SIM card.
We settled in pretty quickly. We lived on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the hotel, but this is not critical for hiking enthusiasts. Breakfast is included in the price: the food is simple but satisfying, you will not stay hungry. The room has everything you need: a bathroom with a shower, a mirror, a hairdryer, a set of towels, slippers, toothbrushes + toothpaste, shampoo soap, a kettle with mugs, tea. There are simple thin hangers in the closet. During our stay in the room, the bed was cleaned and changed 2 times. The hotel has good Wi-Fi access. If you need something, you can always contact the reception or one of the staff – friendly and helpful people work here.
The safe is listed in the room, but it is not fixed and is broken. In the morning, the aromas of food from the kitchen were triggered as an alarm clock, somehow they got into the room on the 3rd floor.
The price-quality ratio is very good. Thank you for your hospitality!

They lived in the middle of March 2025. There weren't many guests, so we were offered a choice of rooms. We stayed in the one with the balcony, and it was very pleasant to sit outside in the evening and drink coffee or local wine, which turned out to be quite pleasant both in price and taste.
The room is quite decent, both in size and equipment, the renovation seemed fresh enough, the kettle is available, the Internet is uninterrupted.
Breakfast is served in the basement from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The buffet is simple, but everyone will find something to their liking, and greens, proteins and sweets are available. There is bottled water downstairs, and no cooler is provided.
The service is good, and the change and SIM card are welcome. There is a driver-guide service, for $ 80 we were taken to the mountains, to the reservoir, and other distant attractions. It seemed expensive, but in March the travel agencies wanted even more, it was not the season, group tours were not going yet.
The guest house left a pleasant impression. Perhaps we would have stayed there more 👍

A great little hotel 10 minutes from the airport. The guys at the entrance are great!
Everything is very human: they will prompt and help. If the room is available before the hour of check-in, they will check in earlier. The room is cozy, clean, comfortable! (which doesn't happen everywhere). A huge bed with a good quality mattress, pillows and bed linen. Excellent comfortable bathroom.
20 minutes walk to the market, near several restaurants and cafes
There is a breakfast, quite edible.
On the downside: the smell from the kitchen reaches the room, and I lived on the 3rd floor. This disadvantage is offset by a very pleasant price

Of the minor disadvantages:: Wi-Fi does not finish off everywhere and personally I did not have enough boiled coffee in my breakfast. We stayed in this hotel for three days. Upon check-in, the young man at the reception helped with the registration, as the previous hotel did not do it. But it doesn't seem to be needed for up to 15 days.The room has everything, clean, comfortable, snow-white bed linen, fluffy towels, but the beds are too narrow. You have to go ask for bathrobes and water, there was no room in the room. When booking, they clarified whether there would be a balcony, they wrote that yes. As a result, they were settled without a balcony. The room is very stuffy, we slept with the window open, but who needs air conditioning.Room 303 is an attic room, those who are tall need to bend over. The presence of a safe and Parking for six cars. The breakfasts are normal, something has changed in three days. I didn't like the porridges that were served, they were very sweet. Special thanks to the cleaning woman, the cleaning is of high quality.You can also book a full-day excursion to the mountains at the hotel, driven by a young man named Shohrat, who works at the reception. He asked for $90, he said for the whole day. (We do not recommend taking a tour) We agreed to go, but when we got up in the morning, we saw that the weather had deteriorated, it was pouring with torrential rain. As a result, 480,000 sums were just given for the ascent and descent.(about 3500r) After going downstairs, we decided that there was enough beauty for today, since we were wet, we asked to take them home. As a result, instead of a whole day, the trip took three hours, and they gave 7000 rubles for it. And then with a big dispute, I wanted more. Plus the rise of 3500. I'M SORRY FOR WHAT???? It's hard to call it an excursion at all, on the way he didn't tell me anything until you ask. It is much cheaper to go on a full-fledged tour, where there are more locations and where everything will be shown and told. And here it felt like we were taking a taxi. As soon as we got out of the car on the cable car, he immediately fell asleep. By the way, you can take a taxi to Amirsoy on Yandex for 170,000 and back as well, there are a lot of cars in the parking lot. Therefore, we do not recommend taking a tour at the hotel, you will not learn anything interesting anyway. The price is almost the same on sputnik and tripster, and there are really competent guides there. It was a big mistake to agree to this trip to the mountains. And so I liked the hotel, but the incident with the mountain guide, who wanted to earn money by any means, spoiled the impression. Well, checking into the wrong room also left an imprint. It's a long way from the center.

Oybek metro station is 10 minutes away , close to Macro and Karzinka shops, Mirobatsky bazaar. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, but I advise you to take the subway, it's great, especially the red line. Cleaning every day , but sometimes I had to remind you ! Breakfasts are from 7-10 in the morning , but if you come at 9 or 9.30 , then you may stay hungry because whoever crawled first and ate, they cook quite tasty , but without a special variety , I would like pancakes and cheesecakes , not just eggs and porridge . The administrators are young guys and they are very nice and friendly! The walls are thin and the audibility is terrible, if a chatty guest lives in the next room on the phone, then you will hear the whole conversation, okay when it's daytime , but when it's creepy at night! The administration approached and they resolved the issue . There is also a pool, small but it is enough, there are three sun loungers and in principle there are enough of them , but again they are dirty , they are not cleaned ! Corpses of bees are floating in the pool. In general, we liked our stay at this hotel , but there are disadvantages. Thanks to the cafe Mar Mar , it brightened up our breakfasts, because the monotony bothered us!

A nice hotel with a convenient location on a quiet street, close to the railway and airport. There is a good selection of dishes for breakfast, bottled water is free. The guys at the reception are extremely friendly.
The only thing is, we stayed for 2 days and during this time no one cleaned the room, maybe we should have asked.

A very unpleasant story is connected with this hotel: we pre-booked 2 rooms for 2 days on the hotel's website, confirmation came, nothing foreshadowed trouble. But when we arrived at the hotel from the airport, it turned out that there were no available rooms. Can you imagine our condition!? The young man at the reception tried to explain it by some kind of technical glitch, but our situation was what it was. I must say that he tried to solve the problem somehow, took us to see alternative hotels nearby and as a result we spent 2 nights in another hotel, one level below. But the mood was certainly spoiled, everyone was nervous and worried. The funniest thing happened a few days later, when we received emails from AK Sarai asking us to rate our stay!!! Which was not there!! That is, the managers did not even draw conclusions from the situation and the letters were sent automatically. We do not recommend this hotel
