I have been coming to Ak Kain sanatorium for 5 years. The sanatorium is cozy. Clear. I think it is a great merit in the organization of the director's work. At 9.00 am, he checks the readiness of all offices for the working day.
Bed linen and towels, always new, beautifully colored. Refrigerators and kettles are working. The rooms are very warm. The water pressure on the 3rd floor is also good. Good repair.
And I see how conditions improve every year. This year, the stairs were covered with carpet, the paths in the rooms and halls were replaced. Towels appeared in the shower hooks in the rooms. New foot massagers have been purchased. A smiling girl treats you to herbal tea for free. The nurses are very serious and strict, as in a combat post, they work clearly. The menu has been standard for many years. Vegetables, fruits. The quality of the products is good. There is also a national cuisine. There's evening kefir again.
I would like the staff to take their time in serving dishes if the person has not yet arrived and did not start wiping the tables while someone is sitting at the table and dinner is not over yet.
Evening entertainment is also organized.
I wish the sanatorium further development. Give the staff strength, health, stress tolerance and smile more.

Above the former Turksib sanatorium, now Akkain, there is a birch grove. An amazing place to relax from the city noise of dust and bustle. In autumn, it's a paradise for photographers and mushroom pickers. I'm happy to choose the opportunity to get out there.

There was no light in the rooms for a day, the elevator did not work. But most vacationers with crutches, a lot of elderly people. The food is very monotonous, constantly cutlets (tiny), butter is not a real spread, sausage is straight red with a strange taste, soups are not tasty, the peas were not fresh in the vinaigrette. In general, the salads are delicious.

I paid 22 thousand rubles a day and no normal service. The treatment is written in three or four procedures. There is nowhere to go for a walk. Physical therapy is performed right at the entrance to the sanatorium in the courtyard. That is, there is no territory for walking. Payers are served on an equal basis with freelancers.

And we nonresidents have nowhere to go.
