Aur Samarkand Airlines flight 9S 1021 Tashkent - Fukuoka, departure time was scheduled to depart at 23.55 02.02.2025, but the flight was delayed and took off at 00.28 03.02.2025. Well, it's not that important, the Airbus 330 flight attendants are excellent, the pilots are super, they took off gently, landed gently too, the food was delicious, everything was fine, but there is one thing, but during the flight after takeoff, about 3 hours later, the cabin became hot, very hot. When asked if the air conditioner was working, I received an answer from the flight attendant that someone was cold and they asked to turn off the cabin cooling, and we flew like this for about 40 minutes, then periodically turned on the air conditioner for 15 minutes and it was hot again, there was not enough air, and already when we began to descend over the island of Phu Quoc, one of the passengers became ill, I I think it's because of the heat in the cabin. That's why I give you 4 stars.

The world's worst airline. After the payment, the plane tickets did not arrive. Support says it will arrive soon within (2-3) hours. You can immediately see how poor the service and quality are. Never buy from them, just remember this phrase. Never buy Air Samarkand!!!
