we flew to Sharm El Sheikh on 02/20/2025 without any problems, everything is fine and the hedgehog and the drinks. The attitude of the board guides is good, I really liked it. When we flew back on 03/3/2025, some kind of leapfrog began - at first we rolled drinks back and forth three times without offering water to anyone. after the food was distributed, they offered a choice, as usual, either tea or coffee, etc., but then, after asking for water, the passenger received the answer one glass in one hand!!! the rest is $3 in cash for a half-liter bottle. otherwise, it's not bad.

The advantages of the airline include punctuality — the flight went exactly on schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there are several significant disadvantages. Firstly, the distance between the seats leaves much to be desired: there is very little space, especially for long flights. Secondly, the staff does not speak Russian, which creates inconveniences for Russian-speaking passengers. Another unpleasant moment is that if a passenger falls asleep, the flight attendants open the table and put the food on, but no one cleans it up after the meal, which looks careless. In general, the service is not particularly friendly, which also reduces the overall impression of the flight.
I recommend that airlines pay attention to these points in order to improve the quality of service.

Everything is terrible. We flew from Moscow to Charm on 04/06/2025! The flight delay was initially three hours, then another 20 minutes. There is no online check-in (we arrived at the airport at 2:30, boarded the plane at 9:30. 10:20 we are still sitting and not going anywhere). Although on the Sheremetyevo online scoreboard there is a scheduled departure. There is no information about the delay on the airline's website at all. For all this, we were given a hundred-ruble water ticket. They didn't even know that such a thing was still practiced in our century. The plane has two rows of three seats, narrow, dirty, like the entire cabin. The flight attendants do not speak Russian. No one explains or apologizes! And the flight time is written on Sheremetyevo's website - 5 hours 28 minutes, on the airline's website - 6 hours 05 minutes. Well, there's deception all around

We read the reviews before the flight, but it wasn 't that scary! We flew to Sharm el-Sheikh in February, surprisingly there were no delays either there
or back, take-off and landing without extreme! In Pulkovo , they paid extra for seats to sit together , and on the way back , oddly enough , they put us in good seats together for a smile ! The luggage came with us, they give us lunch , it 's not delicious! Additionally, they give out juice and cookies ! Don't forget to bring a pen, it's very important! Have a nice flight!

I gave 4 stars for the fact that the Egyptian guides on board cannot speak Russian.
Russian Russian passengers are being transported, and it is a pity that they are not duplicated in Russian.
Unfortunately, not everyone knows English.

We flew in April from St. Petersburg to Sharm el Sheikh and back. The departure is on time, the pilots are super, take-off and landing are invisible. On the downside: very unobtrusive service. There was food and drinks, but not very good quality

03/20/25 we flew on this terrible company, there is very little space in the cabin between the seats, the stewards speak Russian hard, there is a stench in the toilet, we flew back on 03/31/25, the flight was delayed for 6 hours, 3 hours later hi-wai was raised,! the representative is always somewhere, they dragged us out to communicate with small children, loaded the representative so that they would put us in a VIP room at the airport, with grief they achieved the provision of food in half, everyone understands rush perfectly, but they start to hang out, supposedly they don't mess around, I don't advise., this company, return flight and torment, The whole vacation is covered!!! This airline flew on the route Sharm el Sheikh - St. Petersburg 04.11. The plane is clean, the flight attendants are Egyptians (they spoke English). Departure on time. They provided hot meals, cold drinks, tea, coffee, biscuits, juice. The airline has only one disadvantage, a small distance between the seats.

It's a very good airline.But! Nobody speaks Russian, nobody. And if it's an emergency, it's a situation. Is it really impossible to hire employees with knowledge of the Russian language, well, at least one for the entire flight? Also, there is sooooo little legroom. It is impossible to sit.
