Previously, I considered Air Astana to be one of the best airlines, but, unfortunately, the quality of service has noticeably deteriorated. Recently, the air armada has often delayed flights, which causes significant inconvenience to passengers. In addition, cases of replacing Air Astana aircraft with Fly Arystan (low-cost airline of Air Astana) have become more frequent, which does not correspond at all to the level of service to which I am accustomed. This is disappointing and makes you think about choosing another airline for future flights. But unfortunately, there are no such companies in Kazakhstan.

What's going on with AirAstana? The last 20-30 domestic flights that I flew each time were late, 30 minutes, an hour or more. How long has it been possible? What's the mess? Both morning and evening flights and airports are different, the problem is clearly with you. Please fix the situation already. This is very frivolous and unprofessional, it is impossible to plan your schedule with such time shifts.
