This house is notable for the fact that the name of the residential complex is laid out in the wall, as if built into it. Very convenient for those who are looking for it. In my opinion, the amenities end there: there is no yard, as such; parking is on the end; the building itself is by the road and perceives double noise from cars from the intra-block passage and K.Mukhamedkhanov Street itself, on which it is located. The fact that downstairs, on the ground floor, there are catering outlets and boutiques does not compensate for these inconveniences. Frankly speaking, I would not like to live in this house.
Very convenient location! All the necessary shops are nearby. The LCD itself is very clean. Parking, an enclosed playground for children, everything is fine.
