Disgusting! Absolutely unqualified employees. We arrived on insurance from another clinic with food poisoning. We spent 4 hours there at night. During this time, they took blood for analysis, put an IV and fortunately achieved a dropper with paracetamol.
Then they were sent to the hotel and had to arrive in the morning. And then it started - let's do an ultrasound, but is it in the insurance, we sat for 2 hours while they "contacted" the insurance company. As a result, they left.
What kind of ultrasound is it when your stomach hurts from poisoning? What kind of appendicitis, with normal temperature and pain in the upper abdomen?
We could not answer any of the questions in a qualified way.
In general, any mother in Russia knows more about treatment than the doctor here.

The spouse and grandson got into this institution thanks to insurance after poisoning. The result is recovery. They brought it by car. The doctor's appointment was through an interpreter. The ward is modern, with a TV, for two seats. The bed is just a space bed, with remote control. Food was brought to the ward. ivs were put on around the clock, the examination of the doctor and nurses was very attentive. In addition to insurance, they paid only for water, which the spouse ordered additionally. I could visit them every day. Thank you so much to the hospital staff for helping us enjoy the rest of our vacation.

I got sick on vacation with a sore throat. It's good that they made an extended insurance and were taken from a private clinic to this hospital at night. In broken English, they talked and explained to the paramedic through the phone. The attitude is good, attentive. Thank you for your help!

Ahu Hastanesi Hospital / Hospital. Appointment of a tc surgeon there is no gastroenterologist in Turkey (the cause of abdominal pain, the entire medical history and ultrasound were provided)
The doctor listened to the stomach, poked with his fingers and did not understand anything. He spoke only Turkish and had an interpreter. The doctor didn't care about anything, he didn't listen to me at all. The translator tried to convey something, but it was useless.
I haven't looked at more than one document with diagnoses with translation, and I haven't looked at ultrasound scans either. The doctor was reluctant to make an appointment, he was in a hurry to go somewhere. Complete disregard for complaints.
I sent 8 thousand rubles for ultrasound,
the admission itself is 769 liras. There is no ultrasound of the gallbladder.
Just swallow the tube, which the doctor strongly recommended, the price is cosmic.
The reception was 9 minutes long.
Disgusting service for a lot of money.
Our regional trauma center is more polite and attentive and free of charge.

if there are problems with gynecology, gastrointestinal tract, heart, allergies in Turkey, there is nothing to do, everyone returns to Moscow.
Urine tests are about 130 liras, blood 130 and cal 240 liras. There are no Coprograms. Only somewhere in specialized laboratories of Muggles, and even then not all the indicators.
And you can also order additional indicators, for each indicator you need to pay a small amount (sugar, etc.).
The disappointment is complete.
Divorce for money.
Everything is cheaper and better in Moscow.
I do not recommend wasting time and nerves.

Before flying to Russia, we applied to this hospital for a PCR test, and a Russian-speaking woman turned out to be at the reception. We agreed the next day at 10.00 that a nurse would come to the hotel and do everything. The cost of the service is 400 liras. The next day, we sit waiting, waiting, waiting. Nerves are on edge. I'll add a mobile account and open roaming. I'm calling this hospital. They answer me: "Sorry, ai don't speak Russian." That's how they come to an agreement. As a result, there is no test, we do not know what to do.

I thank the hospital administration, medical staff and technical staff. Personal thanks to Dr. ÖZGÜR BASARAN.
I was treated for 6 days with a full stay in the clinic.
I came here with severe abdominal pain. After 40 minutes, an X-ray was already taken, and a blood and urine test was taken. They were immediately placed in the ward.
They work like clockwork. They do not spare medicines. The course of treatment is adjusted promptly.
All the tests were given out at discharge.
The comfort in the clinic is at the level of a good 5* hotel.
