Clean, cozy. Quiet area, close to the center. There is good WiFi, a dining room with everything you need for cooking.
But keep in mind, you can't bring alcohol into the dining room, and you can't drink it openly either. Well, this is a feature of the country and local laws. The owners are very sensitive to their property. There was an unpleasant situation with the lock on the door in the room. The child tried to pull out the key in the wrong position and the key got stuck. You can't do that with a good castle. The owners immediately began to scare with the replacement of the lock assembly and so on. But on the whole, everything was resolved very peacefully. I recommend it to couples and older people to visit. Young people from other countries who like to make noise and hang out at the hotel - look for other hotels!

A great choice of place to stay in Uzbekistan. Since this is a guest house, everything is done "as for your own" everything is very convenient. And the owners of the house will help you, if anything, to navigate the city and not only (for example, for the first time we were given a SIM card for communication, so that we could at least contact him if anything)
There is a kitchen under the guest house where you can safely store food in the refrigerator, reheat it in the microwave and even cook your own food. There is a place to iron things. And there is also a laundry room (paid, but it's the same everywhere. I'm saying just in case)

A very cozy and comfortable guest house. It has everything for convenience: hot water, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and all necessary utensils. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and comfortable. The hosts are polite and friendly. I came with my husband from Ferghana for 3 days. We were very satisfied. If we visit Tashkent again, we will only stay at Axmad family home 🥰 Thank you very much for your hospitality 🙂

The rooms are clean, there are no smells, the bed is new, towels are fresh, hygiene products are provided enough.
If you want to stay here, you don't have to bring shampoo, toilet paper, etc.
(I brought towels with me, as I mostly disdain hotels, but here the towels are new, white, and always change to clean ones)
The owners will tell you everything in the city, where to buy, what to visit.
At our request, during the 2 weeks of arrival, the room was cleaned several times, the bed and towels were changed.
For a small fee, you can take the laundry for washing, in the morning they will bring clean, ironed!
The location is sooo convenient. There are no noisy cars, the entire center (magic city, Tashkent city, friendship of peoples, Samarkand Darvoza) is within walking distance, a large selection of cafes.
