Having agreed in advance on the phone, she accepted the deposit, dropped the contract and upon arrival, being apparently not quite sober, she caused a tragedy and scandal due to the fact that the wrong person with whom she had agreed on the lease arrived first. In general, a complete sur.
At 22:00 she said: "get out, otherwise I will call the police!". As a result, the police also came...
except for thrash, you can't call it in any way.
As a result, of course, they gathered and left, because they are in close proximity to an inadequate person - at least it is not safe.
By the way, I did not return the deposit...
Fortunately, we found sane people with the best estate not far from this place.
I strongly do not recommend contacting this place and this special person. Don't waste time, money and nerves.

It's a pity we didn't read the reviews when we booked. In the process of communication "before" everything seemed to be fine. We were going to leave Minsk with a large company of several families. As a result, a ruined evening. An inadequate hostess, clearly in a drunken state, who at some point began to demand that we leave the estate. The alternative is to apologize for whatever it is, and then we could stay. The situation is absurd, to put it mildly. There is no desire to cross paths with such people.
I strongly recommend that you at least be on your guard when you read reviews about the estate.
Definitely not worth the trip. Don't repeat our mistakes.
