We had a rest in a big house. Yes, it's a very nice renovation, there are no questions. But there are a lot of nuances that we won't come here anymore, especially for such a price. Firstly, the Internet is very bad. Of course, it's a mobile phone, but Wi-Fi practically doesn't pull. You have to wait 5 minutes to listen to 30 seconds of a song. Put some kind of amplifiers or something. The cord from the speaker is not working, by the time we figured it out, 3 hours had passed, we thought the speaker was not working. The batteries in the microphones are not working, and the package containing the others is also old, so one microphone did not work. The light in the toilet on the second floor is not working. Toilet paper was placed on 1 roll for two toilets for 10 people. Seriously? There are no slippers for guests. Well, you can buy the cheapest rubber ones, they should be. Sneakers were offered everywhere we went. The forks are dirty. Well, it makes sense if you need to wash your own dishes. I'm sorry, I came to rest, I paid the money, and I'm still going to wash the dishes? What's the rest then? It is clear that they were carefully placed at the sink, but they should be washed. Moreover, guests may not wash well, and then others will eat with half-clean dishes. And there's a camera hanging in the room, of course, we hope it wasn't filming, as it seemed to be turned off, but it was unpleasant. At a minimum, if it is turned off and intended for other purposes, you need to warn that do not worry, you will not be filmed. And if they do, it's illegal and abnormal. In general, everything seems to be fine, but such little things for such money really spoil the experience.

I do not recommend this estate, and we decided for ourselves that we would not go there either. Plus: beautiful territory, nice house. Cons: the house was not cleaned (flies were lying on the windowsills), a camera was installed in the house (which was not mentioned, of course), the tablecloths were dirty (stained), the veranda was dirty; neither the sauna nor the pool were prepared for our arrival (although they said it would be +15/17 degrees all the time) Moreover, when we arrived, they told us that they had forgotten that we had also ordered a font, so we gave it to other guests in the second house (there was no question that someone else would be with us, the territory was not divided in any way, except for a couple of tui). We (13 people, 7 of whom are children) were offered to share a baptismal font with 4 unknown men!!!! And the font is located near the barbecue area of the second house. In response to our words, how can this even happen, we were offered a refund and told that we could find another option for ourselves (and there are 13 of us! It was March 8 and it was already one o'clock in the afternoon). In the end, we got those guys rejected (but the feeling remained that they just wanted to make money and dump us). Wi-Fi does not catch, the batteries in the microphones are not working, there is a price list and requirements for everything in the house, even to wash / sweep the floors during eviction. In general, the impressions were not the best.

Attitude towards clients and approach to work!
We booked a house on 05/01/2025 for 3 days, received an official confirmation by mail and phone.
Since we're from another city and it takes a long time to get there, we decided to double-check.
I wrote to the hostess, after 5 hours, I received a reply that the house was occupied, it had already been booked 2 months ago, the reservation had been forgotten and she asked to cancel the reservation!
I understand everything, but if I hadn't decided to clarify and double-check, even though my reservation was confirmed and the information was officially sent to me, we would have come to you 900 km away.
On May 1, with a small child, they would have found themselves in a situation where the house was occupied by other people.
And it's hard to find alternative housing because a lot of it is already occupied.
Therefore, if you are engaged in a real estate rental business, you should approach the situation with a more responsible approach.

A great place to spend time! The house is as in the photos, everything is clean and tidy. They took only groceries with them, everything else that was needed was available in the house. The territory is large and beautiful, all in greenery and flowers. The bathhouse is a fire, and I don't say anything about the font at all - it's just a bomb, everyone's dream)) The hostess is friendly, without unnecessary questions and lectures. In general, a wonderful place to relax after a working week.

Good day to all!!! I want to share my feedback about this farmstead. A wonderful place, not far from Minsk. Everything is clean and tidy. The house has everything you need and even more!!! Dishes, towels, bed linen, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc. There is no need to take anything with you. The hostess is friendly and friendly, explained everything, told and left🔥🔥The territory is well maintained, you can comfortably relax in the fresh air!!! Everything was done at the highest level. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to everyone to visit 👍

A large, clean, modern manor! One house is three-storeyed with a large number of bedrooms, there is a bathroom on each floor, there is also music and TV, a large karaoke system)
A corporate party was celebrated, there was a large frame pool in the summer, a bathhouse was rented in a small house and next to it there is a chic wood-burning font, they took it as an additional. And they have never regretted it! A large well-groomed territory, everything you need to relax is there. Asphalt directly to the house, from the city 20 minutes by car, there is Parking! I recommend a large house for large companies, but also a small one with a sauna can be rented separately or additionally!

We had a rest in a big house. The house is nice, well maintained.
But. There is another small house on the territory in which another company was vacationing (which we were not warned about). This neighborhood resulted in a big conflict with the police (due to the fault of heavily drunk neighbors). The hostess is not to blame for the conflict. But I could warn you that we won't be alone. (We wouldn't even consider this house in that case)
Towels cannot be used in the house if you do not take a bath (although they are in large quantities). You need to wash the dishes and clean up before 12.00)) The hostess was unhappy with every room when she arrived to take over the house. Because it's not cleaned up.
There are no complaints about the house. There is access to the service.

Minuses:
- When the hostess shows the house, she constantly complains about the guests, they say they dirty everything, while she rents a house for events, which in itself implies that people have come to rest, and do not think that she does not understand this, this is done in order to then withhold additional money from the pledge for cleaning, etc.
- To for example, when she showed us the house on arrival, she asked if we took tablecloths with us so as not to dirty the table (this is already about the 15th cottage where we are doing a theme party, and to be honest, I'm shocked by such a question)
- THE MOST IMPORTANT MINUS IS THAT SHE INVITED PEOPLE TO A SMALLER HOUSE WITHOUT WARNING, WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE SAME TERRITORY. At the same time, the photo shows the cost of the entire zone and does not indicate that we will have any other company, later this led to the fact that we communicated with the traffic police and Ambulance until 4 am. A couple of men and a woman were resting in a small house, they got very drunk and the man constantly came to us for a showdown, while we did not even understand what he wanted, he offered each of us to fight, we did not want to spoil the evening and did not react to it, while treating him as loyally as possible, calming him down when he was fighting with his wife, etc. at one point, his drunken wife got behind the wheel, and hooked her husband with the door, then crashed into the gate, this muik then constantly fell from a hill into a trench, etc. as a result, a police officer visited us at 12:00, we tried not to say anything so that he couldn't do any worse, but in the end that guy and his wife said that we stole and crashed the car, but the cameras show everything who was doing what, the most interesting thing is that the hostess did not pick up the phone all this time while constantly appearing online in Viber, and in the morning she said guys I'm so ashamed I'll compensate you with money, but she did not compensate for anything and also deducted money from the cleaning deposit, while we tried to clean up everything after ourselves.
In general, the verdict is this, you can rent because still the house is normal for your money (not wow, but it will go), but the hostess is as cunning as possible, when you call immediately ask about the second house and the cleaning included in the price, as well as about the fact that no one will take anything with them except food, in general, we were there last time. look at a number of other offers with the same location and you will find much better.

Good day to everyone. I never write reviews, but I consider it my sacred duty here.
It all started well at the meeting for the transfer of money. The hostess was polite, said that after 23.00 it is forbidden to make noise on the street, but rest in the house for your health. The heated pool may be ready, but not for sure. Within a few days, I wrote with a question about the pool, to which the answer was: "We have to make it." I found out during the day that there would be no pool. Which became obvious, since there is still an open trench behind the house, which is traumatic and the pool will not be ready yet, that is, it deceived, but the story is not about that.
That's when the fun started on arrival:
1. The house was shown to me with a penalty for everything that the previous tenants did and in a boorish form.
2. When I entered, I did not close the door, for which I was scolded, why did everyone not close the doors! (It's summer + 25 and this is an exit to the terrace with a table)
3. They told me to wash all the dishes after myself, although there is a dishwasher, but you can not use it.
4. They told her why they didn't take the tablecloth (although they didn't warn her) and why she should wash the tablecloth after everyone.
5. Clean up everything in the house, otherwise you will pay for cleaning separately. (Although it is included everywhere)
6. Pastel, more precisely, a pillow and a blanket showed in the closet and told them to make it themselves.
7. There are no cloths anywhere in the restrooms, even for hands. I showed only waffle baths, five pieces for 12 people. That is, bring your own.
8. Toilet paper is generally in short supply, unlike dishwashing detergent, apparently, so that the dishes are washed and at the same time the causal places, instead of the toilet.
9. The glasses are not just counted, but signed with a piece of paper.
10. You need to turn off the lights everywhere, otherwise she can look at the camera (which, by the way, is in the house and they won't tell you anything about it) and call that you are not economical.
11. The refrigerator is small, but she leaves her groceries there.
12. Then it was more fun: We saw in a small house against the people. What the hostess was asked about. And she just replied : "Guests." That is, for 1300 + 260r. an additional payment for 2, plus a deposit of 400r., which you will spend on clinching and broken glasses, a non-exclusive married couple goes to you as a gift.
In the end, how it all ended. The woman got drunk behind the wheel, drove her husband around the territory, broke down the car door, crashed into a concrete fence (it's strange that she didn't enter our house, thank God), they fought, he also rode drunk, was a regular guest on our territory, constantly provoked a fight (rushed, insulted, beat glasses that are counted), fell into the trench that is under the infamous pool and called an ambulance at the finish. Which is followed by the police and traffic police.
Finish: we testified until 4 a.m., as they said that we stole the car and beat him up. But here you will be saved by cameras that you will not be warned about. And the hostess did not pick up the phone from either us or the authorities all the time, but she went into Viber. For sure, you need to report that it is visible. And she took compensation for the cleaning, since the dishes were not washed (although most of them were washed with her) and for the glasses that you will be beaten by different and unexpected neighbors.
Well, as you guessed, I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

The territory of the estate is divided conditionally into 2 parts. Next door, the businesswoman hostess settled a couple of heroes of the future program. The territory is not divided in any way, neighbors can enter you at any time, arranging unprecedented pirouettes, tumbling over the hills, breaking each other's noses with an offer to arrange a sparring with you.
Take plenty of pairs of socks with you. Also, all hygiene products, imagine that you are going to a desert island. There are no towels even for hands, to dry naturally. Paper is in short supply.
Cleanliness was created just for the sake of appearance, in fact, you need to understand that your feet, touching the floor, will be covered with an incredible plaque, all socks have been thrown away. You will scrub your feet for a long time.
And at the reception of the house after an unforgettable vacation, the businesswoman's hostess will demand ringing cleanliness.
The main goal of the hostess is to evaluate everything as competently as possible.the services that you had to see and keep the deposit to the maximum. You have to pay for emotions and impressions! Only she forgot to point out that this would be a realistic quest with a health hazard

There were noisy and violent neighbors on the territory, which for some reason we were not warned about!
We rented a cottage for our party and thought we'd be alone!
As a result, the whole party was ruined by other guests and the hostess! There was a militia! The hostess did not get in touch at night, although she read the messages!
I do not advise anyone to contact this hostess and her house!!!

There are building materials on the territory, you need to call 10 times to clarify where everything is, where are the skewers, where are the towels, where is the bed?? There are cameras all over the territory that take pictures of you, then the hostess may call in the middle of the night and say that you did not turn off the light in the Jacuzzi or on the terrace. This is not the first time we have rented manors , and in this place for the first time we came across an inadequate owner who spoiled the impressions of the rest.
