My husband had to visit the service center at Orlovskaya 58A. We needed a belt for the Neva motorblock. I arrived without a sample, with information about the engine. Probably, the "specialist" who worked on 22.09 considered the sale of a belt for 20 rubles not a significant reason to tear his fifth point from the chair, bring options from the warehouse. In general, in order not to leave without buying, I had to make every effort and nerves. In our opinion, the amazing impenetrability and incompetence, arrogance towards the client of this employee should lead the company's management to certain reflections.
