To begin with, it is very good that there are large chain hotels in Shymkent, where you can count on a certain level of service. We had a family vacation, six of us, booked 4 rooms. One of the rooms (618) did not have air conditioning. The number was replaced only after presenting proof that there are rooms available on the booking. In the second room 301, the ventilation in the bathroom was infernally noisy, with the door closed, it was less audible, but nevertheless. The hotel itself is located at the intersection, and with the windows open, you can clearly hear the road. The rooms themselves are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, a large shower cabin in the bathroom - from the point of view of space organization, the hotel is well organized. Good breakfasts, which, however, were overshadowed by the sounds of videos that lonely business travelers listen to on their phones. There are large tables here for a large company, so it was convenient for us. There is a supermarket and a shopping center nearby. There is a bus stop nearby, where dozens of bus routes stop.

I remember the hotel from its opening, as I managed to be among the staff of the hotel myself.
A pleasant, new 4* hotel with wide, fresh rooms, a pleasant atmosphere. Good orthopedic furniture, 31 sq.m of area, SPA, gym, 3 restaurants.
If you are a guest of sunny Shymkent, I sincerely advise you to stay at the hotel.

I was celebrating my birthday. I flew from Almaty to a friend. I stayed in a suite with a hammam. I sleep incredibly well. I liked the breakfast, coffee, juices were available. The restaurant had a beautiful lunch service, there were practically no people, we sat with our daughter so well. There was a construction site nearby, but it was not audible, which pleases.

Upon arrival at the Ramada Hotel, I was greeted by an unfriendly atmosphere. The reception staff seemed uninterested in the guests. The room left much to be desired: the furniture was old, and the bathroom was not very clean. The breakfasts were also not impressive – the choice of dishes was limited, and the quality left much to be desired. Overall, I expected more for this price.

Attentive and courteous service, spacious and clean room, snow-white bed linen, bathroom with hygienic shower and necessary accessories, full-length Windows, so the room is bright with a view of the city. A great breakfast and the opportunity to visit the sauna is just a paradise on a cool rainy day. A very pleasant hotel in all respects.

For those who love space, this is a great place, but I prefer smaller hotels. And it's like a dormitory, a passageway. There is no comfort. And the rest of the service is excellent, the food is normal, the staff is 50/50.

Nice, fresh hotel. The renovation is pleasant, the rooms are spacious, the location is also generally good. Of the minuses, I would point to a rather modest breakfast (compared to other 4-5* chain hotels), the lack of a coffee machine in the room.

The room service and condition are lame. I asked for a room for two and got one for one. After the call to the reception, everything that was missing was brought in a package. The rain shower was broken. The faucet in the sink is skewed. Otherwise, it's good. Parking at the hotel is free and convenient. The breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel!! However, sometimes you get a good room for 30 thousand! The last time in 40 thousand the room was so-so! But in general, the staff is friendly, everything is on top, but there is little competition in Shymkent in this segment!
