My first point in the history of my relocation to Kazakhstan. At the reception they said: "You will not find cheaper hotels, only hostels." And it was true. The rooms are very nice, there are shops in this house, two restaurants nearby.
The cleaning is very bad. We had to ask for everything to be cleaned again in the room. And the contingent who visits the hotel ... drunks went. Why are they allowed in . It smells like smoke . I do not recommend it
I give this hotel one star.
We went on a business trip to Almaty, we specially
chose a decent hotel based on photos and reviews. At first glance, of course, everything looks good, but the devil is in the details.
In late October and early November, there is no heating in the hotel, the rooms are cold and damp,
there is no ventilation, there is also no ventilation in the shower,
so everything sweats. The administrator constantly
feeds breakfast that the heating will be turned
on tomorrow. Well, at least the heater gives out for
a while, but it's still not enough.
The lights were turned off twice in the entire hotel due to poor wiring. In the room, most
of the sockets are killed, some of them cannot
hold chargers properly. There is
a TV with a smart TV, but it
makes little sense, since the batteries in the remote are old,
broken, but even if the batteries are replaced,
the main buttons do not work. There is only one name from WiFi, the Internet speed is low,
you have to distribute the Internet from your phone to
your laptop. There is also a highway nearby, so
the traffic is huge and you can hear them clearly in the room
, apparently they spared
money for sound insulation.
From the good I can say that it is clean enough, a good bed with a mattress, there is a kettle, a microwave, friendly staff.
I think that for 12,000 per day this hotel does not justify itself, it is better to look for another one or rent an apartment. There are too many disadvantages that overlap the advantages. Well, money is still required in advance if you come for a certain period of time, but they themselves cannot organize basic things such as heating, light, etc. I consider this
disrespectful.
A cozy hotel. Special thanks to Lena, she was met late at night by a polite, attentive person who connected Wi-Fi. The rooms are not smoky. I advise everyone. We'll come again. I'll bet 5
