I was cleaning with peeling for the first time, I really liked the service: pleasant atmosphere, extremely polite receptionist Daria (arrived ahead of time, made a very delicious tea with treats), cosmetologist Maria also really liked it, I felt that my face was in the hands of a professional :) The procedure was much more comfortable than I expected. The skin of the face has literally become younger by 5 years, the "grayness" has disappeared, I definitely recommend this cosmetology

I was infinitely glad when I was dissuaded from cleaning my face (MECHANICALLY). I take it very hard, and what was my surprise that I didn't have to do it every month, as I had been chased before in other cosmetology
The girls in the studio have alternative methods of working with clogged enlarged pores (yes, it costs other money, but I was willing to pay for less painful methods), I got clean and fresh skin as a result. We recommended care so that the result would last longer , treated them to delicious treats and sent them home . I recommend it.

I will say this as a person who once went through a difficult path of acne treatment and turned to many specialists (including Dermatologists), but no one solved my problems until I "accidentally" got here. I just responded to the advertisement, not expecting anything supernatural, I was determined in advance that they would not help me here again, but I wanted to please myself with some kind of procedure. The first thing that pleased me very much was the cozy atmosphere and the friendly administrator. The cosmetologist in the office held a consultation for a very long time, "studied" my skin problems in great detail, told me about all kinds of procedures that are right for me, without imposing anything superfluous. An individual approach to everything, I was prescribed tests, told in detail what would be needed to achieve a result in home care, the procedure was performed in a comfortable and calm environment, but THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is that I got the result I have been striving for for many years and for this I am incredibly grateful! Upon arrival in Belarus, I come here only for supportive procedures and every time I leave happy, all the girls in the salon are very pleasant, polite, it's unclear who they write about in the reviews, and me and my friends and friends, everyone who was here - were satisfied! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart❤

I saw an advertisement on Instagram, and decided to go for a 10-step facial cleansing campaign - 70p. When I lay down on the couch, the cosmetologist began to tell me that I have very dry skin and there is a film and I need to do either peeling or carboxytherapy to moisturize, of course, we were not talking about any 70 rubles, but about the total amount of 160-170 rubles. I refused the peels, to which they told me that if you don't have money, then it's better not to do any procedure at all, I was shocked, but decided to do the cleaning anyway. I was told that after cleansing, the skin will look red (this is understandable) and may sprinkle even more. When Maria, the cosmetologist (studio director) was cleaning, it was terribly painful, we only stopped once for a second, and there was no question of a break, just as if she was scraping off the skin, when I was holding on with all my might not to cry, she told me, and I told her that it was necessary it was necessary to do peeling... I was just in shock. Next, the cosmetologist showed me the cleanser and cream that is necessary for care, I bought a foam, decided to buy the cream later, the price in the salon is at least too high for the foam, they have 140 rubles, on the websites and other cosmetologists the price is 110 rubles. When I got home, I began to realize that I had been divorced.I decided to return the foam and take the cream better, I wrote on Instagram that I could return it, I did not use the foam, which they told me I could, but only today, there was also a receipt, a package, too. I brought it to the salon, the director (the cosmetologist who performed the procedure for me) came and said that we would not accept it, since you opened the box (photo attached). Very unpleasant as a cosmetologist (and director). I decided to go to the reviews, read, it became interesting if I was the only one who was so fooled. It turned out not to be. It's a pity, of course, the first experience is so sad.

Good afternoon! I would like to share my impressions about this place.
I was presented with a certificate for a 10-stage facial cleansing, but in the end just cleaning + facial peeling for an additional fee, total : 150 rubles. I also saw the same comment about this service in 10 stages. Before that, I went to cosmetologists and, honestly, it didn't hurt as much as it did in this studio. The face was not really steamed for cleaning, they made a mask for 10 minutes, and that's it. It hurt, although I can tolerate pain and love going to cosmetologists. During the cleaning, it was always said that there was no home care at all, although I really take care of the skin.
The cosmetologist did not ask if I was comfortable or needed a break for 3 minutes, she just pressed my face and sighed from the fact that I was writhing in pain, adding that I had to be patient, since my face was sooo dirty. I came out after the cosmetologist - my face was red, but this is a normal skin condition after such a procedure. The next day, the places that were cleaned for me became inflamed, a crust appeared from peeling the skin. In general, do not believe these promotions and discounts in this place.

1) Advertising on Instagram cleaning with care for 70/100 r - you write, they offer to come to the procedure with the selection of care, in fact, of course, it suits your skin, supposedly this is what will cost 150 r (it feels like there is one price for everyone, while I was waiting, I saw that the other client paid so much the same)
2) The cosmetologist didn't say anything about what she was applying/ doing until you asked
3) She said that nothing is cleaned on my skin, OK, so what did I give the money for? The point was to clean up if everything remained as it is. Also, at the beginning, a moisturizing program was proposed, because the skin is very dry. In fact, after a day or two, nothing feels. I understand that magic does not happen either, but what, again, do they take money for?

I am a person with a medical education. I came to the author's cleaning, according to the description I came up with the most. I came, a girl came out in front of me with a red face, which was already confusing. Then a cosmetologist invited me, and almost immediately diagnosed me with hyperkeratosis of the face (this certainly amused me, especially her description of hyperkeratosis), then acid peeling was offered. I refused because I started menstruating, then there was a hit-and-run why I came on my period, I didn't like it anymore. Then the doctor said: - girl, either we do the usual cleaning, but your face will be in meat because I will need to get it all out, or we do acid peeling. After that, I got up and canceled the procedure. With such specialists.... the salon won't go far.

An honest review of the hyped salon.
I didn't want to write anything, but time didn't help me to wait it out and let go of my discontent.
When signing up for this salon for the first time, I had a desire to go here for a long-term course of care procedures, sparing no money.
I found it on Instagram, and I liked the beautiful picture.
I came here for the first time because I urgently needed cleaning.
It turned out that there was a cleaning campaign and it cost them a penny.
I bought an additional service on biorepil. Plus I bought two professional tools. As a result, instead of 70p, I left 450! Not only did the administrator not put the checks in the package, but then it turned out that they had a 40% markup for the product I purchased - from the Russian Federation, Karl. I understand everything, all salons have their own markup. But this is just a mockery of the client who brings you his money. Instead of 100p, sell for 180p. Good business. And the discount for cleaning is as much as 50%. It's clear where you get there.
And to catch up, there was no further work done with me as a client. That is, they did not write after the procedure, did not find out how the skin condition was after the procedures, and did not offer to sign up for the next time. Customer service and customer orientation at the salon 0/10. The main thing is to quickly sign up for the primary service and then he will somehow get in.
There are no complaints about the specialist, except for concealing the insane mark-up on care cosmetics.
It's disappointing, although the picture is beautiful. I was thinking of making a recommendation on my blog and to my friends, now there will only be anti-advertising for this salon. As the book says, 1 satisfied customer will potentially pass on the recommendation to 250 other people. Just like 1 dissatisfied customer will tell 250 other people negative impressions, only the reaction and impact of a negative review is many times more destructive and influential than a positive one.
And yes, I was also diagnosed immediately with hyperkeratosis))

I signed up for a facial cleansing of my teenage son . The main task was to remove the black dots. During the consultation, it was proposed to add azelainka, which eventually cost 55 rubles more expensive than the originally announced procedure. Everything would be fine if the work was done efficiently. Some of the gumdrops remained in their places.

I saw an advertisement that they have a 50% discount on facial cleansing.
Already during the procedure, the girl began to say that my skin type was not suitable for her and another care was needed. Of course, it is paid. Naturally, without warning :)
I was already a little confused by the phrase "How is cleaning and acne related? It's actually only from black dots!", although they themselves have it written in the advertisement that it helps to remove rashes.
It looked like a search for an excuse to impose additional services by finding other problems. Whether it's "wrinkles, pimples," etc. (I think everyone has their own "approach"). Like, "cleaning alone is not enough for you, you still have so many problems!".
I was also confused that you can't pay with a card. Only cash or money transfer by erip.
I have no idea if they have any kind of decoration and if all the cosmetics in their jars inside are the same as on the label (which they are trying so hard to sell). Be careful!
