Zhezkazgan Airport pleasantly surprised with its compactness and convenience. The staff is polite, check-in and screening are quick, without unnecessary queues. The terminal is clean, cozy, and has a comfortable waiting area. Despite its small size, everything is organized competently and convenient for passengers. I am particularly pleased with the efficiency of the service and the friendly attitude of the staff. A great option for a convenient flight to this region!

It's a small airport, everything is clean. But the waiting area and reception desk are very small, not convenient. The flight is only on domestic flights, in four directions, as I noticed.(Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Turkestan) I hope to expand the list.

Rude Zhezkazgan airport staff! Especially the staff who are in the control area, they directly address passengers as prisoners. They don't work well together at all! Administration take action! I'll add another thing: In the fall of 2024, a woman passenger with a child passed through the screening area, a child with disabilities (disabled) was crying, so an employee called the child "is your child sick or something?".
