It has a very nice architectural structure. Although it is one of the busiest airports in the world, you can travel without any problems. The entire operation is very well planned and executed. It is the most awarded airport in the international arena in recent years.

We faced a problem with our tranzit zone Frankfurt. Istanbul airport’s staff didn’t allow us to fly to Frankfurt because of no visa. We wondered?!? They demanded us visa for transit airport. Interestingly, a week after that our second group countymates flew from Istanbul to Frankfurt (as a transit airport) without any problem.
