The old airport has taken on a new look. Everything is clean. The polite staff, especially at the reception, the guys are great, they speak Russian and a foreign language. Everything is great!!!

Beautiful new airport! But there seems to be a buffet at the airport, but it does not function. There is no place to buy water or drink coffee or tea before departure. There is a cooler with water and one glass cup for everyone, there are no disposable cups. The toilet seems to be clean since the new airport, but there is no basic: toilet paper, liquid soap, disposable paper towels. And there is also a biased attitude of the airport staff who check in tickets to the guests of Kokand. Guests travel with hand luggage exceeding 5 kg. (since they are carrying a lot of gifts, souvenirs, etc.) they are forced to pay for the rest of the kilograms and some (probably friends, girlfriends, etc.) miss their carry-on baggage limit and they do not pay anything, although they can see with an unarmed glance that there is an excess. This is a big minus! The rules are the same for everyone!
