When the UPS was turned on for the first time, it gave an error and did not charge the battery. I checked the connection according to the instructions and made sure that the device was faulty. I took the UPS to AEM, they said that they did not have their own service, and they would take it to the master. A couple of days later, they reported that UPS had burned down and was not subject to warranty. I asked for a photo of the faulty part and saw that the inverter was faulty, so the battery was not charging. I wrote to the ups EAST manufacturer, they said that there may be defective transistors, but there is no service in Baku. As a result, AEM said that the repairs were at my expense. He agreed to pay, as there was no time for proceedings. A month has passed, and UPS is still not fixed. I recommend avoiding this company.
