A few days ago I decided to visit this store and was disappointed by the boorish behavior on the part of the staff. The seller does not understand the product. He talks with arrogance and arrogance. Shows rudeness and familiar behavior. I saw a flashlight and asked how long it was shining in working order, to which the seller replied that he did not know. We are not at a bazaar, but in a professional travel store, and it is important for me, as a professional traveler, to know the characteristics of this product that I want to buy. After his unconvincing answer, I quite rightly asked him a question.:
- "how do you sell so much that you don't know your product? For example, I want to buy it, but you don't know." After that, an aggressive reaction followed from the seller. The seller is a young guy about 30 years old, a Russian speaker, tried to provoke me into a conflict, he did not like that I asked him an adequate question and he said that he would now expel me from the store, although the store is a public place and I can stay in it as long as I need. Of course, I came out the way I try to avoid conflicting people. This young man should look for another job, as he is not stress-resistant, conflict-prone and not competent in his field of activity. We should talk to customers more politely. Please pay attention. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
