TD ADS is a regular shopping mall. Mostly women's clothes and there are children's clothes too. There is a supermarket and a sports store in the basement. And everything else for the holidays. Parking is small, there is not a single fast food. By the way, there is a Zein educational center on the fourth floor. The biggest plus is the elevator. Although they turn it off a little bit
