We came on vacation to the beautiful city of Sukhum and found these wonderful people through acquaintances,very well-mannered,polite,hospitable hosts of this guest house, in which, in my opinion, nothing else is needed,an excellent bedroom with air conditioning,refrigerator,shower and toilet, excellent repair,next to the house there is a common courtyard with amenities,barbecuewashing machine,microwave...
it's probably not 400 meters to the sea
. In general, we ourselves from Orenburg really liked the neighborhood with these friendly people, I highly recommend it...

Great place, friendly hosts.
We had a rest in August, a big company.
The rooms are clean, spacious, everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything is available. We will definitely come back here next year. I recommend this place to everyone.

We were in Sukhumi for the first time and we were lucky. We have pre-booked a house with all amenities: TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, private bathroom. We were greeted by friendly, intelligent hosts.The surprise was a hot lunch after a long journey. Nearby there is a clean, cozy terrace for cooking, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a beautiful sea within walking distance. Many thanks to Andrey, Lyudmila, and Aunt Emma for the warm welcome. They perfectly understand the wishes of visitors. Everyone is treated at home, with care.Thank you very much! Health and prosperity to your home, family, and relatives!

Very hospitable hosts! The cabins have everything you need for comfort! The price is adequate! The sea is close! A great place to relax by the sea or even in autumn, you can find entertainment in Sukhum at any time of the year, Andrey organizes any excursion)

It's an amazing experience, even unexpected for me to receive such warmth from this place. I was very pleased only that the house was built. The sea is just around the corner. The beach is small pebbles. Clear water, no fuss. If desired, you can walk to the hot spring. The city market and the city center can be reached on foot. Nearby there are shops with local delicacies and beer. I highly recommend it!

I can only say all the best, the sea is nearby 7-10 minutes on foot along a flat road along the way there are canteens where you can not eat expensively, shops. The railway station and the market are 10-15 minutes away by car or minibus. The hosts are so cozy that you feel like an expensive and welcome guest. There are a lot of greenery and flowers in the yard, there is a barbecue area.The room is impeccable and has all the conditions for a comfortable stay. The price corresponds to the quality, (there is something to compare it with). I will come here again next year.
