Nice gym. Convenient location. Inexpensive. Round-the-clock - you can walk with any shot of "night motivation". All the group training coaches I've been to so far have been nice people. From the administration, both guys and one girl are also easy to talk to and go to a meeting. There was only one girl who was shut up, and I, as a non-confrontational person, am now just trying not to get on her shift.
The showers and toilets are clean. A tap with drinking water is available. The simulators are good, and if they break down, they recover/lubricate in a day or two. There is plenty of equipment.
The unpleasant thing is that the music is turned on very loudly in front of a large number of people.
The app is convenient.

I want to write a review about group classes at the Adrenaline Vostok fitness club, or rather about the procedure for enrolling in these group classes. If you think that by purchasing a subscription for 160 rubles per month, you will safely enjoy all types of training included in the price of this subscription, then you are very mistaken. The system in the club is as follows: you attend all group classes strictly by appointment, if you have not signed up and you are not on the list, which is strictly checked by the administrators, then you cannot attend this group lesson. The recording is done in the mobile application. It opens at 9:00 every day the next day. By the way, you can cancel the recording no later than three hours before the workout. If you do it later, it's only through the administrator on a call, and you'll still be charged for this activity, no matter what the reason you have to cancel this workout. This plays a role if you take a non-unlimited subscription. As you can see, everything is for the client! Now about the recording itself. All the most popular workouts are scattered within a few minutes after opening the recording. Personally, I have 3 reminders on my mobile phone that I need to sign up for a workout in the morning. And since I'm driving along the MKAD to work at the time of opening the recording, at 8.59 I'm sitting behind the wheel, ready with my phone in my hands and an open mobile application. but! It's not enough! Even with such preparation for the recording, on May 12th and 14th I was unable to sign up for the class I needed. That is, I log into the app, at the training session I need at exactly 9.00 and the system tells me that there are no empty seats!!! How? This? Is it possible? I didn't record at 9.05, not even at 9.01, but at EXACTLY 9.00 And there is no free record! I immediately had suspicions that maybe everything had already been captured for their own people, and the right people automatically got to the right training sessions?
By the way, things are not much better with the gym. From 17 to 19, there's just nowhere to drop an apple, the number of people is just off the charts. At the same time, I have only one question: if the capacity of your club cannot withstand such a large number of customers, why are you selling so many season tickets? Why are you selling so many unlimited season tickets, including 60 group workouts, if the size and number of your group training rooms do not allow you to meet the needs of most customers?
Therefore, if you want to go train at this club, it is better to think 100 times.

I don't really like the service of administrators: they respond reluctantly, as if you distract them from their business (not all of them are like that, but most of them are). A strange card system: you need to get a one-time card in addition to the subscription every time. The price for the hall is above average and not very justified, as for me.

I've been going to the gym since the opening.
Positive:
- a variety of simulators and their number;
- periodically, new simulators appear and rearrangements are made for more convenient use;
- round-the-clock work;
- excellent location;
- great view from the windows;
- the presence of an administrator in the club;
- lots of lockers;
- availability of a coffee shop with water, coffee, sports supplements;
- comfortable showers with cubicle doors.
Minuses:
- a constant problem with hot water, which still cannot be solved;
- unpleasant odors in the shower, sometimes it just smells terrible;
- some simulators do not work for weeks;
- there is a large presence of coaches, the feeling that every 2nd in the hall is a coach, which is why there are an order of magnitude more people in the evening;
- with a large crowd of people, there is a lack of fresh air in the main hall;
- about any changes in the hall, for example, the lack of hot water, or a change in the work schedule, you need to find out about everything on Instagram in the news, although there is an application and it would be great to get a fix in it;
- there are a lot of lockers, but some are booked, and some are not working, which is why there are not so many of them anymore;

I have been visiting this hall for a very long time and found a very large number of disadvantages rather than advantages in the hall.
I'll START with the Cons: THERE IS CONSTANTLY NO HOT WATER, THE SHOWERS ARE DIRTY AND THE FAUCETS ARE BROKEN AND FOR HALF A YEAR THEY CANNOT REPLACE THE BROKEN GLASS IN THE SHOWER STALLS, A LARGE NUMBER OF LOCKERS DO NOT WORK, THE VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK IN THE HALL. Upon repeated visits to this hall, I notice the terrible work of the administrators. I take one-time visits all the time, employees often do not greet, do not contact the client verbally in any way. I.e., to the request: "Hello! One-time visit please! Payment will be by card/cash." They silently serve the terminal without saying a single word. Please make a script for the administrators to respond to the visitors of the hall and please explain about the usual politeness skills. Or put a terminal for contactless payment, because after such "communication" with the administrators, the desire to go to this hall disappears.
