Yesterday, the locker key didn't work for the guy in the locker room on the 1st floor. The locks are sometimes buggy for me, but then they work. He has nothing. I went over and tried, but it didn't work. I went to the reception, asked to call the instructor and open it. He came back and told the guy to wait. I go back to the reception and tell them to check locker number 30 afterwards, that it won't open. To this, I am (perhaps humorously) answered with something like "or maybe you don't know how to use keys? when we arrive, it works for us for some reason." Is this a normal response? There's a guy standing naked in the locker room from the shower and he hasn't been able to open the locker for 5 minutes, I tried it too. The normal response would be to apologize and say that you will deal with this issue.
There was also a situation in the fall, but I didn't write then. After a hard bike ride, I dreamed of getting into the Jacuzzi. On that day, the jacuzzi was from 16. I swam, the time is about 16-20, there is still a standard sign there, something like "not working, cleaning is underway." I had to go out, put on a T-shirt, go to the reception, ask - so can I use it already? (maybe there's chemistry in there, it's not allowed, how do I know). They said it was possible, but they just didn't remove the sign. I got into the Jacuzzi, and there was cold water. I'm freezing. A guy and a girl came, we freeze together. I had to dry off again, put on a T-shirt, and go to the reception. He asked why it was cold. There was no clear answer, something like that happens. One girl said something to the other, and she left. But they didn't tell me anything. What should I do? Wait, go after her?.. Again, just apologize, say they'll figure it out, tell me what to do. In the end, I went to the Jacuzzi and asked the guy what had happened. According to him, a girl came, took her temperature with a displeased face and left. The water got a little warmer during this time, but not enough to relax and I was already angry. He got dressed and left.
Once after that, the water was cold too, maybe 25.. I already know where the thermometer is. In general, there were about 32 norms, and 35-37. But only 2 of the 4 water massagers work in the jacuzzi. 2, apparently, are broken and have been for a long time.
Well, there was another case, maybe a month ago. I was smoking near the entrance and noticed a man, he was looking at the door. Probably an employee. 5 minutes later, in the locker room on the 1st floor, I saw him entering the shower and toilet in the same outdoor shoes. I asked if he worked here and made a remark to him. He replied something like, "I've been sick for a week, I came to check, yes, next time I'll wear shoe covers." And yes, he didn't apologize. Apparently, it's not customary to apologize here.
In general, there are nuances. I would like a normal service. Even if the client, as it seems to you, is wrong or stupid. Just say, as in the first case, "sorry, we wrote down that locker 30 doesn't work, let's check. Thank you."

I studied in this gym for a long time, but in the end I didn't stay even close :(
The receptionist girls are terrible at their job and spoil the whole impression of the club from the beginning. When you address them with any questions or shortcomings, they "grin" in their face, then they can discuss it with a partner before you leave.
I applied because the hair dryer smoked after drying my hair for more than 5 minutes. I told the administrator, they accepted. I come back a couple of days later, the situation is the same, but this time I already smoked. She said it was accepted again. But no one did anything, I had to take my own or go to the first floor.
I came with an offer to buy "spoons" for shoes, they told me to buy your own and go. Well, that's not the answer, but that's okay.
When you ask to turn on the air conditioner, you first need to find the coach on duty, it's good that you have their phone number. Then the answer was "well, they don't work," and at the reception it turned out that they weren't turned on :) Windows don't help with a lot of people and the sun.
Well, this observation: coaches sitting on the phone do not particularly attract clients, if the coach is in personal training, put down the phone and work with the client.

I have been going here to the gym + aqua zone (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi) for 7 months now: in my experience, there is enough iron, there are a lot of people on weekday evenings, but.... It's probably the same everywhere! A fairy tale on the weekend morning))) you can go out in the spring and summer to the recreation area where you can sunbathe!!!! High! A Jacuzzi for 4 people, usually works only for 2 people, and if some kind of sauna (male or female) does not work, then you will get into figs)))) I took a subscription for a year and.... including everything that I listed and taking into account the price of a subscription for a year hall + aquazova - I consider this institution a heavenly paradise))))) I hope no one reads it and there will be no more visitors!!!!!

Adrenaline consists of three floors, where on the ground floor there is a sauna / pool / Jacuzzi / access to a green area where you can sunbathe, on the second floor there is a spacious hall for power controls, as well as mats for martial arts, and on the third floor there is a hall slightly smaller than the second, where there are mainly cardio equipment, but there are also power rooms, plus a separate room for group cardio training. It is worth considering that the Jacuzzi and sauna work on a separate schedule. I go mostly before lunch, there are not many people, you can comfortably practice and not wait in line for the simulator. The simulators themselves are of good quality, they do not look ancient Greek and old. The staff is friendly, when purchasing a subscription, they went through each floor and told us what and where it is. There are spacious locker rooms on each floor, we don't rub our heels against each other. A minor disadvantage is that it is a little cool in the men's locker room after a shower, due to the fact that the hoods are working, but you should not focus on this. Let me remind you that all my feedback is typical for the first shift (before lunch), but I can't say anything about the number of people there in the evening.

Al-ya will be fined or something like that. The day before the end of the subscription, I drove up to return this plastic subscription card. At the reception, I was again stunned by the response of other employees. They said that this card is mine for life and I gave them 4 rubles, "thank you." As for the gym itself, there is no coach on duty in the gym, he may not be available by phone (provided that hall 2 is clearly saving on staff).
They do not react in any way to the fact that one simulator or a bench (and there are not so many of them) can take anyone 1.5 hours and not allow others to use it. The administration did not want to help in any way, there are no signs prohibiting this.
If the management reads the reviews, it would be cool to pay attention.
