The guys turned off the physicists, and reduced the portfolio of legal entities. So now it's not a bank, but something like that, either for VIP legal entities, or for closure. In any case, there are no people except the security guard at the entrance. The organization clearly does not work for customers "off the street."

A kind of bank. It does not actively advertise itself. I visited the office twice, there were no clients in the office, there were no queues. The proposed mortgage with relatively low monthly payments. But the criteria for reviewing applications are complex and unclear. Apparently, the bank's services are not for everyone. The staff is polite. But no one calls back to the requests left on the bank's website. I left it twice, there was no reaction, although the site claims that they will definitely contact me. It feels like customers aren't really needed. In the future, I will use the services of classical banks.
