Caution! They issue certificates 075 without visiting doctors!
I applied to this clinic on 04/09/2024 to undergo a Prof. inspection to obtain a certificate on form 075. At first, I was not given a lead apron for fluorography protection, I refused to undergo fluorography and asked for a refund (which must be paid at their reception BEFORE receiving honey. services). To which I was given the answer that my certificate was already ready, they could not return the money.
A certificate was issued, where the following doctors - therapist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, surgeon - have the column "fit". There is only one CAVEAT: I have not seen any of these doctors, and neither have they seen me!
Thus, in this organization, certificates are stamped without looking. They also refuse to return money for their "medical services". And they do not communicate politely - both in the fluorography room and at the reception.
Check 68652, if such a question arises. I saved the certificate in order to file a complaint with the appropriate authority.
If you need a prof. examination to obtain such a certificate for work - I recommend going to the state polyclinic, where doctors conduct a normal examination and check the patient's health, and do not stamp paid certificates at the reception!
