This is a great hotel! We were in March last year, I liked everything!Friendly staff, large rooms, delicious varied food, there is always plenty to choose from, for every taste. For kids, there is Hills canned food (in a small refrigerator, a cat.you won't find it right away, ask the staff if necessary), but I don't know if there is meat, because we always had only fruit and vegetable in stock. One day there were a lot of crayfish, shrimps, sushi, fish!Because it was out of season, swimming, of course, did not work out, but it was just good to sunbathe in March, and the beach here is nice- spacious, wide, clean. The territory is small, but we went out for a walk outside the territory, next to a beautiful small alley and further, we went to the shopping malls, and even went to Antalya, by bus, to the shopping center and the Old Town of Kaleici. In season, of course, it's expensive!
A 4* hotel.
The rooms are clean, freshly renovated, and there is a lot of audibility in the rooms. There is a full-size bed for relaxing with children, a children's disco in the evening, and medium animation. For adults, almost everything is open until 12 at night (discos and bars), after which there is silence.
The beach was not sandy as promised, the sea was dirty, they did not even bother to clean along the shore...some kind of husk and female pads were floating all the time. The food at the hotel is delicious, but monotonous, apparently the menu for the week and so on in a circle. There is not much choice (although for an amateur) for all the time there have been no soups (mostly 1-2 national ones), you will not find ordinary chicken broth for a child, it is not there.
The staff at the kids' club may be rude to you. If you get a call, you should be standing on the doorstep of the club in 5 minutes. They can tell you off...They don't shy away from expressions either.
The medical staff won't even give you a Band-Aid until you pay for the "activation" of insurance
Ice cream is only in the coffee shop, because the rest is only on schedule (2 hours at lunch) and then it is disassembled within half an hour and no longer reported. They try to pour local alcohol all the time if you don't specify what exactly to pour. A la Carte sooo slow service. We were an Italian company, and we brought a maximum of 4 snacks per piece (there were 6 of us).
I am unlikely to return to the hotel again, perhaps if only at a good price.
Beautiful hotel, delicious food, friendly and courteous staff, fun animation)
Food: quite varied, delicious, themed dinner every evening. Delicious stewed meat, olives, cheeses, sweets, fruits. At the bar, we were served imported alcohol (whiskey, rum, tequila, aperol, martini, etc.), with the exception of sparkling wine, wine and beer, while they are also quite tasty and nutritious.
Rooms: we had a direct sea view, very large) Last year we took it with a side view - it is slightly smaller in size. Room cleaning every day, change of bed linen every other day, towels every day. Full replenishment of all creams, gels, etc. Upon arrival, dental kits of 2 pcs per person were put. Full replenishment of the mini bar in the room every day. If you leave a minimum tip, then the refrigerator may not close, they put a double portion of everything)
Bars: on the beach, right on the pier is the best, as the atmosphere is cool, cheerful music. The bartenders are very polite, customer-oriented)
Funny evening shows, cool OctoberFest (my husband was called to open, blow up a barrel of beer) - very fun, friendly, everyone sang "Bella Ciao" and danced.
A cool water park, a luna park in the evening (although small, but enough for children for a variety), burgers and French fries for lunch at a restaurant near the beach, ice cream, gozlime with nutella - the child is happy and satisfied!)
There are very few Russians - and this is even good)
Bottom line: we were happy and satisfied, broadcast it around us and received 100% more positive emotions in response) We rested at this hotel for the 2nd time and it is possible that we will return here again!)))
