I came in the morning, for the opening, there were 10 people in front of me. As a result, I managed it in 23 minutes (waiting + receiving an account statement). Maybe we were lucky, maybe the bank did work on the mistakes.

- they asked for 2000 drams for the discharge. I hope there will come a time when the bank will provide information for free.
- the terminal with coupons is located inside. That is, in the morning, people crowd at the entrance and look at each other to outrun. Maybe put the terminal outside. A person arrives before the opening, takes a ticket. And when the bank opens, this terminal should be cleaned. Or somehow a friend can arrange a queue before the bank opens.
