A great new hotel. In the stage of further expansion.
Lovely new rooms with everything you need, including air conditioning, showers, private terraces.
There is a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a gazebo, a summer kitchen, a cafe with karaoke, music and TV.
The food in the cafe is very tasty and at affordable prices.
The purest sea is within walking distance of literally 7 minutes on foot. There are almost always free sun beds and umbrellas, there are not very many people. There are also many activities at sea (banana, cheesecake, jet skis, saps, boats, etc.).
Convenient location near the border - you can travel around Abkhazia and Sochi at hand.
The hosts are always ready to meet you on any issue, very kind and attentive people!
We have been vacationing in this beautiful place for the 2nd year since the opening of the hotel.
I am sure that we will come next year too!
I highly recommend it to everyone!

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. The hotel is new, spacious rooms with a terrace,everything you need in the room (hair dryer, refrigerator, dryer).The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed, fenced, this is important for us, because we went with children. There are 2 swimming pools, a trampoline, a swing, a gazebo, a kitchen where you can safely cook your own food. We went to a restaurant, delicious and not expensive, the food is always freshly prepared!
The sea is 7 minutes away on foot, the beach is clean, there are not many people, there are always sun beds, the sea is the cleanest! The main indicator of the "clean sea" for me is children without intestines!
Will we come back here? Definitely YES!

I want to say a huge thank you for your sincere hospitality! We had a rest in early September with the whole family, with three children. Everything is very clean in the rooms, brand new and cozy. We had breakfast and lunch in Abzie, everything is very tasty, fresh and homemade. There was a storm at sea for several days and the children enjoyed splashing in the pool. The beach is not far away, the children went with pleasure twice a day. The sea is warm and clean. The owners told and advised about all the excursions and attractions. We took them to the Ritsa Lake and all the associated waterfalls, went through everything without waiting in line and bought excellent honey and wine. We were in Abkhazia for the first time and we really liked it. Recommend 👍👍👍

It's a good place.
A cozy cafe, cooked at home.
Everything is delicious, cooked to order.
Comfortable and cozy rooms, new and large bathroom.
The driver of Alkhas is just great.
I spent the whole day driving my family (male and female tears, Pizza lake, Stalin's dacha).
On the recommendation, we bought honey, wine, cheese
I met him from Adler airport and drove him to the hotel.
The sea is close, the 6-year-old child reached without problems, the sea is cool.

We had a family vacation, we liked everything very much. Alkhas, Svetlana, Irina, Maxim and Galina greeted us very kindly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with homemade wine and organized a buffet upon our arrival. Two excursions were ordered from the hotel, and Alkhas drove a minivan. The excursions are super at reasonable prices. The room was always clean. In the evening we had fun in the cafe at the hotel (music, professional karaoke). Ten days flew by in an instant. Thank you for organizing our vacation. Wait for us again next year. In a word, the hotel and its owners are just super.

Abzia is a small, cozy, bright hotel. I will not write about the conditions, all the photos of the previous guests will tell you everything themselves. Comfortable conditions mean a lot, but the main thing here is the soul. You could just paint the walls, put the most ordinary, for example, a sink in the bathroom. But not in the case of Svetlana. Her hand and soul are felt in everything.
There is a 10-minute leisurely walk to the sea, there is Wi-Fi, which is important for Abkhazia. Svetlana and Alkhas will also take you to places where no guide or bureau can take you. I saw Abkhazia through their eyes and loved it with all my heart. And how delicious Svetlana cooks 😊

A wonderful place of peace. The hotel is under expansion, but at the moment the ground floor is open, it has 12 rooms, a cafe is open, the food is all homemade and very tasty. They cook straight from under the knife. The hotel is family-run, so everything is sincere and warm. The people are very nice and polite.

We had a rest with the company, the territory is closed, the rooms are fresh and clean, the food on order is very tasty. We arrived at 2 a.m., we were met and fed (on the way they called and ordered food). We sat on the veranda and in the cafe in the evenings. The hosts are very hospitable and wonderful people, they will tell and show everything. Not the first coastline, of course, but it didn't bother us to walk to the sea on foot. The hotel is family-run, without pathos.

A new hotel, everything is new, large rooms, everything is clean, delicious food, the beach is just around the corner. Thanks to the hosts, we met, settled in and everything with a smile is very nice, excursions were also provided, transfer in general would be an opportunity, then I would put 10 stars! I recommend this guest house to everyone, wait for us next year, already with friends and relatives.
