We have been vacationing here for the 4th summer in a row!!!! I really like everything!!!! What is completely unusual for the private sector is cleaning!!!!!
the sea is within walking distance, shops and even the border with Dutik for those who wish)))))
The village has a stunning Hashupse Canyon, a Basilica and White Cliffs.

Thanks! We are delighted with the rest! We arrived on June 14 for 10 days. The sea is close! The junior suite (the suite was no longer there) was quite suitable for us (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV). Shower and toilet for two rooms
Yes, but somehow there was no tension at all. The territory is large, there are summer kitchens with tables like in a cafe (almost not used, we ate in a cafe). There is a playground. We were interested in the sea in this story, and we were lucky: the weather was sunny, the sea was warm 24-25, the water was clean!
These are the bonuses of Abkhazia - an extraordinarily beautiful country! The hotel and rest were recommended to us and we have never regretted it!
Reviews about the "scoop", not super-service, etc. we knew, and were pleasantly surprised by our extremely positive impression!
Yes, this is not Turkey and Egypt (tune in immediately) according to the service, but there will be a lot of other wonderful things! The main thing is to take a positive attitude, positive emotions with you! Leave the negativity and problems at home, disconnect! The sea and the sun, clean air and unhurriedness, plus local gifts of nature (prices as in Moscow), a lot of excursions will do their job: You will "recharge"!

I'm here now!! May 29, 2024! It is an oasis of happiness and joy! The sea is 2 minutes long. There is everything for a relaxing holiday. There aren't even any vacationers yet-I'm the only one here. Well-maintained territory, very cozy and comfortable rooms. The description is completely true. It's not my first time in Abkhazia, and I'm pleasantly surprised that when there is a host and everything is done in a masterly way, it's super, extra, prima, luxury!! It's a pity that I don't go to the same places (I don't have time to explore all the riches of nature- I'm a lot of years old) and so I would certainly return in September again. But who knows…

We enjoyed our vacation in the Abkhazian courtyard. Hospitable host, clean, comfortable rooms. Summer kitchens, barbecue under a canopy, well-maintained territory. A very pleasant memory. I recommend it!

Everything worked out! A comfortable, clean and comfortable cottage, in which all the appliances worked, it was cool in the heat (the air conditioner was not turned on).Bed linen, dishes, furniture, even toilet paper are all of good quality.Every little thing pleases the eye.And the magnificent orchard is worth it! We constantly felt Igor Nikolaevich's unobtrusive care, and his scrupulousness. attentiveness and commitment are very impressive. We were comfortable, calm and cozy in the "Abkhazian farm". And we are sure that this will not be the last time, I want to come back here again!

A great place, a good-natured and intelligent host. A green courtyard where you can relax in the shade. 3 separate kitchens, even with full occupancy, no one bothers anyone.

On the plus side: not a bad territory, as everywhere in this country it is good with plants (lavrushka, agave, tangerine trees), nothing surprising, but well maintained.
A huge minus for the owner of this establishment! I met him terribly at the border, with claims...(a separate story)
Do not try to take junior suites from them....There is ONE TOILET for two families, it's TERRIBLE, these rooms are in the house of the owners, where every day in the morning they already go gold and smell their food ((( Host, this is a separate story in general...The doors just close at night, because this is the house.. I've never written reviews.but this is the most disgusting vacation I've had in all the time I've been on vacation

We come here every year. Very nice place and staff. A zoned courtyard, houses do not interfere with each other. Family vacation in a calm environment. Lots of greens and fruits. The sea is across the street. For those who are going to have a family vacation, and not "take a walk to the extent I don't remember anything."

I was vacationing with my husband from 06/21.21 to 07/04.21. I was completely delighted. Everything on the site is true. Beds with orthopedic mattresses, pillows are comfortable. In the kitchen, you can cook food, even bake pies, if desired, there is a barbecue.The territory is closed, no one else will enter. The sea, the shop, the bus stop are all nearby.Children have plenty of space.The room cleaning is on top, the bed linen is gorgeous.The friendly host will tell you, help you if you want to organize a fishing trip.Thank you so much for the good conditions.I already dream of coming back to you.

Complete delight! Friendly hosts, 5 minutes to the sea, a wonderful summer kitchen with everything you need, if you suddenly decide to treat yourself to homemade dishes! But there are also several good restaurants nearby where they serve delicious food! There is a gorgeous stationary barbecue on the territory! If you go back to those parts, then only the Abkhazian farm!!!
