We stayed there very well.
Helpful staff, good tour companies, clean and welcoming. Rooms with candeias and everything you need. If something else is needed, they always meet you halfway. I was also pleased when you take a tour, this is the point of departure. That is, they come for you first, respectively, you can always choose convenient seats on the bus. Well, Abkhazia itself is certainly something!

It's a terrible hotel.!!!The room was musty and dark. Ants were crawling on the walls. Mosquitoes flew through the ventilation grate of the bathroom. About linen: blankets are not washed after each check-in. There are no duvet covers, only 2 sheets are provided.
About the pool : It's some kind of trough, not a pool. I don't know who writes good reviews. Apparently, the hostess herself.
The street often smells of sewage.
There used to be a swamp at this place (according to locals)
About food: school breakfasts. In 7 days, I was given butter and cheese twice a day. The dining room is dirty.
Music is blaring in the courtyard until 23 o'clock! It's unclear for whom.
And about the "well-groomed territory"! Where is she?

We rested in August, liked the location of the hotel, close to the border, a big plus is that the sea is also not far from 5m, leaving the hotel with a view of the picturesque mountains!🏔️
The hotel has a large territory, its own swimming pool, everything is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helped in all matters.
The hotel has its own cafe, we had delicious cheesecakes for breakfast, I also really liked that the khinkali dumplings are all homemade, in general, have a good rest, delicious food is all that a person needs on vacationWe liked it, thank you very much ❤

We have been coming to the hotel for several years. Convenient location relative to the border if you plan to travel to Adler/Sochi. This summer, beautiful and comfortable houses appeared💔 a couple of minutes to the beach, there are few vacationers on them, the sea is clean (relative to Russia). There is a delicious cafe at the hotel, you can eat inside or on the patio outside! CAUCASIAN MEAT IS TOP!

We didn't live, we went to eat. We tried almost all the menus. I really liked it, with a few exceptions. The staff is responsive, attentive, served on time. We ate outside, it was picturesque and clean. I recommend it, especially the employees, I liked everything.

The rooms are cozy and spacious, all furniture is available, air conditioning, works perfectly, hot water, TV, refrigerator. The yard is well maintained, everything is convenient. In the cafe, the dishes are small, the price tag is too high, borscht and okroshka without sour cream, for a fee, bring very little, save on everything. They can cheat.

We rested in the courtyard for ten great days. All photos on the site correspond to reality. There was no case in our room on the ground floor that there was no water, the electric power was turned off a couple of times, but it wasn't for long and this shutdown is all over the village.The most important thing in this GOST. Dom is a team that has been working together for more than one year. Everyone knows what they are responsible for, and if any situation arises, it is solved. We were going to rest - we understood what the cost of living was, it's not a pity to pay the hostess this money. Everything you need to relax is available: clean linen, a small but cozy area. The sea was stormy for two days, but the pool helped us out. It was obvious when some guests arrived and they looked like "sauerkraut ", that's the fact that everything would be wrong ... so patience to all the staff. But as for the owners, take care of your team, you have them👍

We had a rest, together with my husband, a quiet place, 5 minutes walk to the sea, tables with umbrellas in the courtyard, you can sit or order from a cafe. The pool is small, several sun beds and three hammocks.
The beach is pebbly, huge, one can say limitless, you can always find free sun beds and umbrellas, they are put up by hotels, but no one forbids using them.
There is a volleyball net on the beach, you need your own ball.
The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
A very nice girl works at the reception.
Minuses: this is the intermittent smell of sewage, as everything merges into a ditch outside the territory, if the wind blows towards the windows, then this is still a pleasure, mosquitoes, strong noise at night from the road.
We bought excursions at the hotel, drove around Gagra at night (I really liked it), the only thing is it gets dark early.
And we went on an excursion to the Golden Ring of Abkhazia, it lasts all day, it's a little hard, but I liked it, you can see Lake Rizza, the New Athos Monastery and caves (now I wouldn't pay extra for a panoramic view, but would stay right by the lake, where you can take Katarina and enjoy this place (we went to see a panoramic view and very little time given in this case to the lake).

This is the second year we have been going to this wonderful place! The sea is very close, it takes about 3 minutes to walk! The water near the shore is the purest. That year we checked into a room, this year we rented a house. I really liked it!! When everything is at its best — nature, service, delicious cuisine on site, pleasant prices! This year we had a family vacation in the Abkhazian courtyard, we really liked everything! There is a swimming pool, hammocks, landscaped grounds. The photos correspond to reality. For lovers of natural beauty, you can also arrange excursions here, and there is something to see. What is the island of Ritsa worth ... picturesque mountains, a huge lake with crystal clear water, in general, take a look for yourself)) By the way, from the hotel to the sea 100m on foot, there is a pebble beach on the whole coast, I recommend buying crocs) The hotel has a dining room of the same name, the menu is huge, everything is very tasty, like at home, definitely like this place.

A good, budget place, minus one star for food - there are not always products from which the declared dishes are prepared! Cleaning every day, the bed linen was not changed for 10 days not once, we had a big and noisy company, and of course we had fun, or rather we really wanted to, but we were always besieged, because we break the silence regime! I can't say anything about the hotel, well, I can say about the food, it's just disgusting, the chef has a Gog badge for the owners to know. I cooked everything from six dishes just disgusting. The only thing that didn't spoil the fries. Compote diluted with jupi, borscht diluted tomato paste without salt, chicken soup for children with sourness diluted and bland, carbonara is a separate song, I've never tasted worse. Solyanka is a goulash diluted with water, God forbid today... After their lunch, they immediately threw loperamide, just in case. We paid 2,660 rubles. I do not recommend dining there.

The room has everything you need, hot water, towels, food is prepared immediately after ordering, a beautiful well-groomed green area, friendly and courteous staff, the sea is 7 minutes from the hotel. I went with a child of 8 years old, there was always a choice of what to order from the home kitchen of a local cafe. The freshly squeezed juices were tangerine, very tasty. They also sold various freshly squeezed apples on the way to the sea.
The sea is clear.

I have been to this cafe several times, everything is delicious, the portions are good, but there are problems with hygiene, I saw how they bring glasses with their fingers inside and when they carried soup in a plate, the staff had the tips of their nails inside the soup, it upset me. If you can't carry it properly in your hands, buy trays.

We are from Khabarovsk. We were vacationing with a friend in this heavenly place. We really liked everything. The clean, well-maintained, spacious courtyard has always pleased the eye with its bright colors. In the evening, it was always nice to sit at a table in the shade of magnificent cypresses. The room has everything you need. The air conditioner was working. The TV, the refrigerator were all there. The staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. The breakfasts are always fresh and delicious. Because of this :The kitchen didn't work properly, there was no Internet, since there was only Wi-Fi to connect with the world, and the room was deadly hot without a conditioner. The impression is twofold!
We arrived as a group, children + parents. Yes, there were a lot of people, but the owners were aware!!!!
Our group meant a schedule, as we conducted classes with children, in the morning, children's exercises are always included, of course, with music. On the penultimate day, a man came one day and with a cheeky attitude, along with obscene expressions, forbade children to exercise. All 7 days there was charging, then due to weather conditions we missed a couple of days and the last one... it turned out that it was impossible!!!
The "tops" of this place, sort it out among themselves!!! What is possible and what is not!!
The staff is excellent, there are no questions at all. Special thanks to the women who keep the rooms clean.
The doors barely close and open. There is water, then there is not. The rooms are dark like in a cave.
There is no washing machine, or we were not given one! There is no iron! Dummies too…
And the dining room is a separate story. The breakfasts are delicious, but no one understood why they give a salad with mayonnaise:/ The prices on the menu are not adequate at all. Caesar for 450 rubles, well, so-so!!
And according to the promise, lunch was supposed to be for 300 rubles, as a result, you can buy French fries and nuggets for this money. The kitchen is terrible. Dumplings from the store, dumplings are cooked for 40-60 minutes.... The potatoes are sluggish and overcooked. It sucks!
Frogs croak all night, you can hear them through the ventilation.
And the most interesting thing is that before leaving, in our presence, the hostess complained about the children and mothers to the guests who had just arrived. Shouldn't we rub this issue out after we leave?

Good afternoon. There was a smell in the room that I couldn't remove even with an air freshener. The cleaning is terrible, they can't wash the floors. I had to buy a rag to clean the floors properly and to avoid swearing. In the bathroom, they simply do not even want to put one soap for 5 rubles, so that people can wash their hands from the high road upon arrival. The hanger in the bathroom immediately fell off when I decided to hang up the towel and the towel fell on the dirty floor. When I was asked to clean the floors better, the cleaner called me a redneck. The boss, instead of settling the dispute, advised us to move out since the tour agency has not yet paid for us. The food is so-so by the way. I do not recommend this mini-hotel.
