Very attentive hotel owner. Everything matches the description. Clean, spacious, good linen and towels. There is a kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Washing machine, dishwasher, full-fledged gas stove with electric oven.. large terrace or balcony, 2 rooms - comfortable with children. Nearby Duden waterfalls, park and Migros. Lara district is a quiet residential area with a nice beach (a short walk) and a pine forest. Feature: incoming planes overhead: romantic, but a little noisy for some. For a couple of nights, everything is fine and comfortable.

The hotel is above average. If you stop for a short time, then everything is OK. But for a long time there are things that are missing:
1. Cleaning
2. Replacement of bed linen and towels
3. Kitchen accessories: spatula, frying pan, large knife, cups, etc.
4. Blackout curtains.
5. Toilet paper replacement.

Good location. Not far from the airport. Near public transport stops, you can easily get to the center, bus station, to the beach. Chain stores are located nearby. The hotel itself is quite often, the apartments are large and equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly, goes to a meeting when making requests. Because the apartments are actively used, that is, there are signs of fatigue, something can already be updated. The biggest drawback is probably the noise of airplanes, but I read about it and was ready, I was not particularly scared. In general, I can say that it corresponds to the price.
