Normal sound insulation in apartments, niches for outdoor air conditioning units. Of the minuses, the repair from the developer is not the highest quality and the construction continues (noise).

I don't really know what to say. I was just making a delivery to this address via Yandex. As a simple person living in the lower part of the city, this complex looks great to me. Yeah.. I would like to have an apartment there.
