A wonderful LCD for spending the night, being a tourist. Normal prices, apartments in good condition. Of the minuses, you can note the presence of a construction site, but they don't make much noise at night, so it's normal, only dusty

I really like this residential complex. This residential complex is managed by knowledgeable specialists. However, the subway is a little far away. The entire social and cultural center is nearby

Excellent location, underground Parking, a nice enclosed courtyard with a Playground and turnstiles. Good management system, clean, video surveillance, security. Normal sound insulation in apartments, niches for outdoor air conditioning units. Of the minuses, the repair from the developer is not the highest quality and the construction continues (noise).
