Perhaps the best hotel in New Athos. It's not often that all conditions occur at once. The location of the hotel, cozy and spacious rooms, excellent service. The staff is very courteous, pleasant people. A restaurant with delicious food, a bar with a wide variety of drinks. A very beautiful, modern hotel that deserves 5 stars for sure! I do not post photos because all the photos that the hotel advertises correspond to reality and expectations. We will definitely come back to you and recommend you to our friends. You are the best Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We stayed at the Abash Afon Hotel from March 28 to April 11, 2025.
I would like to immediately note the location of the hotel to the nearest attractions of New Athos: the New Athos Waterfall, the Psyrtskha platform, the New Athos Monastery, the New Athos Cave, the Anakopia Fortress, the Simon the Canonite Grotto, Stalin's cottage.
The room on the 4th floor had a large balcony overlooking the Novo-Athos Monastery and the sea. The room is very comfortable and cozy! From the bathroom there is a magnificent view (floor-to-ceiling windows) of the eucalyptus grove.
I really liked the staff's attitude towards the guests! The hotel administrator and the reception staff were always ready to fulfill our small requests. We don't often meet such friendly and helpful people on our trips!
Special thanks to all the staff of the hotel restaurant! Delicious, homey, large portions (we had a set menu, full board). When we get home, we'll get on the scales).
We will definitely return to the Abash Hotel and recommend it to all our friends!

Luxury rooms, sound insulation, lighting in the room. Everything is fine in the bathroom. The staff is polite and friendly. The location is probably the best in New Athos. The only drawbacks are the glass mini-refrigerator in the cabinet, which does not perform its functions (I have encountered this many times in other hotels. It should not be placed in an enclosed space). Everything else is only positive. I wish this hotel continued prosperity. March 2025.
