Modern airport with free wifi and a Yandex taxi ordering desk.Great for getting a good price for a taxi into the city. Not sure if one can speak English there, as I've not tried to, except when passport control speaks it with me. If you fly there from Yerevan, you can skip customs. Just make sure you save your ticket stub from your boarding pass so you can show it when required.

Overall a very well-organized airport. Passport control for foreigners was smooth and efficient, and domestic flights were easy and uncomplicated. Clean facilities, clear signage, and a generally stress-free experience from arrival to boarding.

I set 5 stars, but four in mind. Quite small but not so comfortable airport. All the checks are quite fast, no long queues. Duty free shop is tiny. No discount for children in the business halls (WHY?). Idiotic location of boarding desks far inside the long tight corridors. And the physical absence of priority boarding. Are you the priority passenger? Go and explain it BY YOURSELF to all these people in the corridor.

Love the size of this airport, there is no chance of getting lost there are signs in English so quite tourist friendly. Bathrooms are somewhat clean I do enjoy the fact that there is paper towels to dry your hands.

Nice big Airport with everything available there. Just the waiting lounge and money exchange is not nicely located . For foreigners you need to know that they make you wait at least an hour at the airport.

Nice that the bus stop isn't far from the entrance to the terminal. Though to make it more international,other languages could be added to some.of their signs.

Everything is fine regarding the airport service, but no proper transport to/from the airport. One bus is not enough. No proper taxi; no train /metro to the airport.

Very good airport small size but excellent organization and transportation access. Toilets are clean. The sitting lounge can be made a bit more comfortable because the chairs are slippy.
