The price/quality ratio is perfect!
Located in the very, very, very center.
The room is clean and the furniture is not tired. There were all necessary appliances (iron, hairdryer, refrigerator, air conditioning). I was pleased to have a small balcony.
The lack of an elevator was a bit annoying - it was difficult to get up to the 4th floor after long walks on a trip. But, as they say, they pumped up the right muscles😁
The cleaning was good, but I had to arrange for the towels to be changed.
But the convenient location is the biggest advantage of this place.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Spacious rooms, clean linen and towels, daily cleaning. Good price-quality ratio!
The only drawback is possible for those who find it difficult to climb stairs, since the rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and it is necessary to climb a fairly steep staircase. They help to carry the suitcase. Since we have no problems with climbing stairs, I have already stayed at this hotel twice.
There is parking, but it is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, on the second visit, it was never possible to find a parking space.

It is very conveniently located. Wonderful guys at the reception: responsive, attentive. The rooms are clean. A very large shower room with good water pressure, at the end of the day after excursions and flights it was cool to relax under such a shower. I recommend. The stairs are not very convenient for those with a suitcase, but we had a backpack and therefore everything is fine. In any case, the guys offer to carry the luggage upstairs.
