The work is always high-quality and neat, every time I come back I am incredibly satisfied with a gorgeous manicure! Special thanks to the administrator as well! I gave this salon a chance 3 times and only one of them was justified.
No matter how atmospheric this place is, with pleasant staff and an administrator, but the quality leaves much to be desired.
I had a manicure with Master Victoria. They cut two of my fingers with scissors until they bled. The work as a whole was poorly done.
I also went to Spa hair care and scalp peeling to master Anna. The peeling was done in 2 minutes. We just applied the product and combed it 3 times. About spa care, it felt like I just had conditioner applied under a thermal cap. The effect was exactly for a few hours. In the evening of the same day, my hair was exactly the same as before coming to the salon. They just got even more confused. It's a big disappointment. You pay the money, but the effect is zero. You just leave in a bad mood.
And finally, I'll come to the only time when everything went well. Thanks to Master Ekaterina for this. I went to her for a haircut and a scalp scrub. A wonderful master! She did everything possible for me personally to make me happy. Peeling was done by hand, for a long time and efficiently, which made it possible to cleanse the scalp much better. And she did the haircut very beautifully.
In general, I didn't want to write comments about this salon for a long time, but the last visit to them provoked this review)

It took me a long time to decide on this salon, the reviews below are controversial on manicure and pedicure, but that's exactly what I needed. I was bribed by the proximity to the house. Master Julia. The pedicure chair is ordinary, with height adjustment of the legs- as in all more or less comfortable salons.
Manicure: it's really good! Treated without injury. Everything is soft and neat. I used an individual processing tool.
Pedicure: uncoated treatment. There is also nothing to complain about. I didn't hurt my cuticles or fingers, I cleaned them well.
Bottom line: I'll come back!

I will also write honestly. I didn't like the attitude very much, and it left an unpleasant aftertaste precisely because of this. I don't know who I corresponded with there. I went for a manicure without coating, after removing the long-term nails were not polished. there were traces of the milling cutter, scratches and remnants of the base. at home, after washing my hands of the cream and oils, the scratches appeared, and in general, I began to consider that all the plates were very uneven. I wrote to yandex. Direct, clarifying whether this manicure procedure implies that I will leave with my matte, smooth nails, and they answered in the affirmative. and then I wrote that I didn't get this effect because the nails weren't polished at the end. and I had to spend time at home on it and finish it myself. to which I received a different answer - in the style of "we don't know, it's our own fault," referring to the fact that it should have been varnished. I begin to explain that wait, I wanted to get well-groomed nails after the manicure, my own and uncoated, which I asked about above, because I paid for it, plus you yourself confirmed at the top that I would get it. in response, ignore it. the following messages are already direct to the fact that you would somehow, for decency's sake, try to smooth out the impression, solve the problem, offer to come polish at last (and in general there are a lot of options) - a complete disregard. I am a person who controls the work of managers, I know how to solve problems with clients, such a situation would be simply unacceptable for me, such issues should always be resolved, because any client's problem is important. but such disregard (and utter indifference to the problem, and also exposing the client to blame) I have not yet met either myself or my managers in the sales department. for the sake of interest, I asked other craftsmen from other studios about polishing. I showed photos and videos, both said that of course it is polished at the end to smooth out all these irregularities. but in this studio, their opinion is more important to them, no one is interested in your discontents, even objective ones, they are right there and that's it, even if your nails look incomplete. in the end, they didn't offer to solve the problem in any way, only at the end they wrote that they were sorry for ruining the evening) to be honest, it already sounded just mocking. I really hope that the salon management cares, because it is obvious that the master and the administrator are not interested in comments from the client.

Very nice interior, atmospheric and cozy in its own way. Master Julia is love ❤️ makes the perfect manicure and pedicure. If you go to her once, you will never change masters again. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

This is the most unsuccessful and the most expensive French in the NBK Combo-manicure with "strengthening" for 95 rubles lasted 1 day, 3 days, 8 days (the gel departs from the nails piece by piece). The manicure itself went fringed on the 3rd day. Master Victoria.
Not once in all the 5 years that I have been doing a combo with strengthening gel has not departed, I always treat the handles carefully, as the work requires. But this case is just something with something. Don't come here, at least for a coated manicure!

Positive:
- the interior is very beautiful, maybe there is a little lack of comfort, there are no details. But in general, 👌🏻
- I went for styling, it was a real head massage! Super fun, the master loves his job. I did everything well, not wow, but I didn't have a hairstyle either)
- very pleasant service, caring, attentive - I liked it.
Growth points:
- there was no wow effect, I think I'll go a second time as a last resort, because I didn't have enough aesthetics, details. I advise you to visit the maison de Catherine, I think you will understand what I mean)
But the score is 5, the soul is visible)

The pedicure chair was chosen by a man, I'm sure)) this is not an armchair, this is medieval torture, combined with a master who tries to do a pedicure as if he were painting the Mona Lisa for 2 hours — you can be left without a back and legs. By the end, there is already such irritation that I want to send everyone to get up and leave.
The manicure was done in an hour, the quality is terrible: crooked coating and burrs on the third day.
The master also tried to criticize my last manicure, but made it 10 times worse than it was.
The eyelashes and eyebrows did well.
I will never come here for a manicure and pedicure in my life. I will go for eyelashes and eyebrows.
