Hello, I want to write a review about the agency The best tours of Pattaya and specifically about an excursion to Bangkok. I'll start from the beginning, having considered all possible offers from tour bureaus, I chose the 9 WONDERS OF BANGKOK tour. I chose a program on the Internet, compared prices and other characteristics from Russia. When I arrived in Pattaya, I contacted WhatsApp at the number indicated on the website, and they answered me very quickly and promptly. Everything was explained in detail. Payment on the day of the tour, in cash, to the Russian guide. On the eve of my departure to Bangkok, Natalia, a wonderful Russian-speaking tour guide, wrote me a message about the time of collection and what to bring with you on the day of the trip. On the morning of the trip, comfortable transport with an experienced driver was delivered on time, we were collected by the hotels and we quickly set off on a journey. A small group of tourists gathered, which is very convenient. The trip was not exhausting. The excursion program was intense and energetic. In parallel with Natalia, a wonderful Thai guide who speaks good Russian was with us throughout the trip. Together with Natalia, he accompanied us for almost the entire program, quickly deftly explaining and showing the sights of Bangkok, photographing everyone in our group in the right places. During her travels from site to site, Natalia, a professional in her field, told a lot of interesting things about Thailand and answered all the questions of tourists. We were given a delicious lunch and taken back to our hotel on time, even a little earlier than planned. It was easy to trust these people. In general, we really liked the 9 WONDERS OF BANGKOK excursion program and we will not hesitate to contact this agency next time for other programs in Thailand.
