I was repairing my phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Lite, in case it's important), I needed to change the battery, very nice and friendly staff. Due to the fact that the phone is needed almost all the time and it was not possible to replace it with something, for faster repairs they offered to order the part first (which they promised to bring to the point in 1-2 days and brought it the next day), after that they contacted me so that I could approach them and they would give me 20-30 minutes They'll do everything. I really liked the offer, the price was adequate, I agreed and did not regret it! Everything was perfectly done, no complaints! Many thanks to the guys and, in particular, to Bogdan for the wonderful work!
P.S. I accidentally spilled water on the laptop (quite a bit, but through the keyboard). Gaming laptop (Asus TUF Gaming). I immediately soaked all the water, turned the laptop over, put a towel on, took off the back cover, soaked everything inside, called the guys, explained the situation, and told them to disconnect the battery from the mat. The fees were explained exactly how to do this, and I quickly took them to my nearest point in Green. I ran literally ± an hour before closing, they said that he would get to the master only tomorrow, they calmed him down, explained everything, hired him, said that after 15-16 you can call to ask what and how. At about 3:30 p.m., I called, told them what and how, the consequences of all the damage were repaired (several tracks on the board were damaged) and the master asked to pay attention to the hinges of the lid attachment (which was not related to the main problem at all, but it was noticed and explained in detail, for which many thanks!). We were guided by the price and timing of the repair, everything was completed on time, the price was indicated unchanged upon receipt of the device. Everything is clear, it works great, thanks a lot to the staff! Especially Pavel, Bogdan and his replacement (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name).
I would also like to emphasize that absolutely all the employees with whom I was in contact in one way or another were very friendly and polite))
I liked the attentive and polite communication! We quickly found a problem with the laptop. We have proposed several solutions. We communicated very politely.A convenient location, unlike those who offer home visits. Fast, easy and simple!

On September 18, 24, I gave Huawei p20 to replace the screen (Prytytsky 156).
I picked it up on September 19th. He was tied up with elastic bands, they told him not to take them off for a day.
I paid 215p for repairs.
On the trail. the day came to paste the film. At the same time, I asked the employee why the Home button on the right side bulges a little and it is inconvenient to swipe it from right to left, the angle has become sharp and cuts my finger a little. The employee replied that this was my button, it hadn't been changed and it was hard to get it right. OK, we put the film on and went home.
On September 22, 2024, lights from two sides began to appear on the screen from time to time. Not often, in general, it did not interfere with the work, because after a minute they disappeared on their own. I brought the phone to the employee and showed him these lights. The employee said that he would find out from his colleagues what the problem might be and contact me.
On the trail. the day brought the phone with lights again and showed it to another employee (Nikita's manager) - he said that it was a MARRIAGE and the screen needed to be changed. He said I'd get a call.
On September 24, 2024, I received an SMS stating that I have a scheduled visit to the service center. I put my phone in there, I thought they would change the defective screen. But the employee said that another text message was supposed to come or they would call me. OK, I went home.
By the end of November, the Home button came off, and I taped it shut. I've been like this for a week, freaked out and went to buy a new phone.
The New Year holidays have passed, I went on vacation.
By the middle of February, I remembered that I had an old phone in which I needed to change the screen and solve something with the button.
NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS!
I called the service center myself. They told me to bring a replacement screen. A day later, I come to pick up my phone and see that the screen is the same, the film is the same, and even the same tape is glued to the Home button. OK, I tell the employee that nothing has been changed. He said he would contact me.
I probably called the head office (I took the phone number in the header of the site). He told me about the situation, offered to refund the money or change my screen. They said they'd figure it out.
On the same day, the manager called back from Prytytsky and told him to come for the phone. He explained to me that THE SCREEN HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED BECAUSE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. OK, it's strange that 4 months ago it was a marriage, but now it's supposedly fixed. He also said that the button had been fixed.
I came to get my phone and saw that I was also on the Home button. He asked if the button had been repaired. The answer was yes. Ok.
I came home, and in the evening the button came off again.
On the trail. The day brought the phone to seal the button.
They taped the button and asked me for 45p. and said that there would be a 6-month guarantee that it would not come off. I didn't get my bearings at the moment. But now I have a logical question.:
WHY WASN'T THERE A 6-MONTH WARRANTY THAT THE BUTTON WOULDN'T COME OFF AFTER REPLACING THE SCREEN? The button is inside, you have interacted with it! After your repair, she began to cut her finger on the right side and did not stand straight!
Today I managed to see the lights on the screen again, I attach the photo to the review.
To be honest, I let go of the situation. I have no plans to interact with the service center anymore. Otherwise, I went there as if to work.
What we have in the end:
1) Minus 215r. for replacing the screen.
2) Minus 45p. for gluing the button.
What I got:
1) Conditionally defective screen. Why is it conditional? Because the lights don't always appear and disappear quickly. Therefore, it can be used.
2) A button that is unpleasant to use, because it began to cut my finger on the right (Of course, I have no evidence that the button did not bother me in any way before the repair, but there were no problems with it at all before the repair).
But, there is an option not to use it at all, and I will choose it)))
I was partly to blame for the situation, I should have left my phone to replace the screen right away, rather than waiting 4 months for them to contact me. According to the situation with the button, it was necessary not to give 45p, but it is logical to ask why the warranty did not apply to it.
Before that, a couple of years ago, I interacted with the same service center - everything was OK. I don't even know if you have an old phone, it might be cheaper to throw it away)))
